Dzień dobry, nie mogę uruchomić uwierzytelniania dwuetapowego, za pomocą aplikacji Google Authenticator. po zeskanowaniu kodu QR i utworzeniu konta Firefox w aplikacji podane kody są odrzucane przez system. Miałem już aktywne logowanie 2-etapowe, ale usunąłem je, ponieważ chciałem zresetować aplikację i tę funkcję. Tym razem funkcja nie działa. Proszę o pomoc. Maciej Jeziorski

So I have Firefox set to open a certain set of pages each time I open the browser. It does that, however, it's not the latest version of the page therefore I have to manually reload the tab to get to the latest version. This is a pain in the ass. Chrome dynamically refreshes pages each time you open the browser. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing or is this just how it's going to be?

This is the last time I'm going to inquire about this topic. I will switch browsers bc Firefox touts their superior product with hundreds of complaints I just cant ignore further.

I USED to be able to close Firefox browser with confidence. Now I can expect to waste several minutes a hour/day logging back into my websites bc Firefox no longer remembers my login information..

I want ONE thing from Firefox, step by step by step instructions on how to put your browser back to the way it was before you'all decided to to "make things better".

when i go to Facebook i continue to get network errs and also in Facebook I keep getting something went wrong reload the page. I have disabled and deleted some add ons an even tried in trouble shoot mode and still i get it. I have tried every thing i know how even refreshed Firefox. I do not get it in Chrome and it has much of the same add ons or extensions. I tried to send a report to Facebook but you know how that goes.It is getting annoying Not sure if it Facebook and Firefox or just Facebook . But if ti is not happening in Chrome or edge that leads me to come to the conclusion it is Firefox

I recently tried to log into my Firefox account on a new PC I am building. I have Bitwarden as a PW manager and I use the 2FA inside of the paid version as much as a possibly can. I have it setup for Firefox but no matter what I did I could not get past Firefox's account 2FA page it kept giving me a wrong password. I saw that Firefox has a list of authenticators that will work(https://mzl.la/3p8DJls), is Bitwardens 2FA function not capable of working with Firefox accounts?

Have not been able to log on to a few sites (all financial base: bank etc) since approx April 2023 Have done all the dirty dozen: cache/update FF/reset/ disabled ad blocks etc.) and still no luck: had to revert back (after about 10 years) to safari (ugh) scoured back in archives for similar problems but found no answer. Does anyone have any idea? (i have not upgraded my mac os 10.14.06 and require itunes to remain) Thanks

I just installed Firefox on my Mac and log in on the account. On new windows device it was always downloading all the addons and importing settings etc.

On Mac I just logged in and nothing happend. Like no any import was made. No any add-on was installed automatically.

Do I have to install everything manually?

Previously FF used only on Windows

I have vision issues. I would appreciate that an outline of the empty check boxes in your FireFox settings was made available. I cannot tell at a glance what the configurable options are at a glance.

Certain websites (see attached images) aren't loading banner ads or letting my view a site's gallery properly. This is only happening on Firefox - other browsers work fine. I have tried disabling extensions, Troubleshoot Mode, resetting my preferences, and changing settings that I thought would help, but nothing seems to work.

In the attached images, I have shown what I am seeing on Firefox, compared to what I am seeing on several other browsers.

Hello! I have a problem that i can not solve, my setting bar and many more things are being whitened out for no reason. Please help me resolve this! Take a look at the Screenshots:

i am using a loaner laptop right now while i wait for my main laptop to be returned to me. i need my bookmarks so i downloaded the browser & went to log in. i can't find my password & apparently to reset it i lose all my bookmarks which is the ONE THING i need from firefox right now. i am fully logged into firefox on that other laptop (tho who knows now that i tried logging in on my new device). i can't risk losing all my bookmarks. i need some help here, but i couldn't even get help without creating a NEW firefox account. can someone send me a support email to reach out to?

Please email or call me to fix. My old, initial, primary email is no longer accessible to I cannot cite the "code" that Mozilla wants me to cite... when I am trying to input a secondary email. So do I need to cancel my account and re-register, or can a staff member fix this for me (please)? [edited] @outlook.com (new, and only, email)

for the past several months, FF has just been hanging when I attempt to open a website. sometimes it sits there for hours and never connects yet if I open Chrome, I have instant access. I have troubleshot, deleted and reinstalled FF, used safe mode to diagnose the problem. I have done everything I can think of, I even clear all history daily...and NOTHING helps. Sometimes I have no problems for weeks, then all of a sudden, I can't access the internet but ONLY with FF. I'm ready to just delete everything and never use FF again, but I like it and have been using it for 6 years. Chrome works 100% of the time....FF is hit or miss lately and I'm about done with it.

When I print to a PDF file, Firefox changes internal links (#go-there) to full external links (either https://the.website.tld/paper.html#go-there or file://home/me/paper.html#go-there).

This is obviously wrong, since the links are internal to the document.

How to I change this behavior?
