I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

Ive tried all the forums with support and none of them worked. Troubleshoot mode works and fixes the scrolling but even after disabling all extensions and themes the scrolling still does not work. I've done the refresh page and uninstalled and installed. Scrolling works with all other programs but not firefox.

I recently updated the browser to 110.0.1 hoping that the bug that was introduced in the previous update was fixed but it has not yet. Please could you advise me what options are available to me?

Fault: thumbwheel scroll not working on Firefox since previous update.

I had considered performing a fresh install but I do not want to lose my stored passwords, bookmarks etc.

Have multiple websites written in HTML which have always functioned well. EX: uscourt.com; medical-malpractice.com Now when opened with Firefox (not with other browsers), multiple aaaaxxx appear in front of many lines in text. Cannot get rid of such. Screenshot attached. I have been unable to see any linked in page for a while now. Clicking on a link from a message email opens a page which just displays LINKEDIN.

If I copy/paste the link into a private window I can get in, but not with a normal window. I've ran CCcleaner but nothing changes, cleaned everything!

the links work in other browsers in normal mode, why not firefox?

I've attached an image of what's happening to me. Since last update, the toolbar is 50% allocated to blank space which cannot be used.

For example, I cannot drag to resize the search box across to the left side of the toolbar (which is where I like it), nor can any item be dragged or placed there.

I'm pondering (if I know how) installing an older version and preventing updates etc.

Is there another solution? Is anyone else seeing this?

Any tips would be hugely appreciated.

More of a bug that needs fixing, I have a hp elitebook x360 1040 and every time I fold my laptop to tablet, the browser crashes. I have to launch the browser again, kindly fix.

Every time I press the print key since the last Firefox update it opens a new firefox window. It doesn't matter if Firefox is selected or not. I can't find any macros or shortcuts that are bound to the print key, so I don't have any idea what could have caused this.

I used Firefox products very heavily for several years, but switched to chrome about a year ago for work compliance reasons. I tried to log back into my Firefox account using login information stored in my password manager, and I got prompted to make a new account. There seems to be no record of my old account, no saved bookmarks, passwords, or history with other products like Firefox Monitor. To my knowledge I never got a notice that my account was being terminated. Is it possible to recover my account?

I'm a commercial real estate appraiser who uses CoreLogic's SwiftEstimator online service to generate replacement cost estimates for commercial buildings at https://www.swiftestimator.com/Main/Default.aspx .

As of a couple of weeks ago, I can no longer generate new reports using Firefox, and a CoreLogic customer rep at (800) xxx-xxxx or email is. xxx @corelogic.com told me the reason for this was a "security issue" with Firefox and that until Firefox corrected the issue I would have to use the Chrome browser, which means that I have to download Chrome for every report and then uninstall it afterwards.

Will Firefox please contact CoreLogic about the SwiftEstimator "security issue" noted above?

My daughters setup has been fine for over a year using Office365 for her classes. Today she reported she cannot open any of the files. Behavior is we can sign in fine, see all the files listed, looks good. However we click a file, and the title up top says "Working..." and the history tab will flood with about 10 attempts on a sharepoint site, then give a sign in error asking to sign in again. This will fail each time. I tried basic steps, cleared cookies, no dice. Only ublock was in use, without issue previously, but disabled and removed and it still did it. I even loaded up a new blank profile, nothing added, same behavior. I tried on my PC's firefox and it does work correctly. Both are v 110.0.1. Any suggestions to what I've tried? I would expect no extensions and new profile would resolve it. For now it works via chrome , but we're a firefox family.

My USB connected mouse no longer scrolls in Firefox. The mouse is working correctly in other programmes eg: Thunderbird and other web browsers. Can you sugest possible solutions please. I am using the latest Firefox update with the latest available windows 10 update . Many thanks Keith Carpenter

When I try to logon to Dropbox I get this message: "Your browser appears to be blocking dropboxcaptcha.com, which is required for authentication. To resolve this issue, please update any anti-virus or ad-blocking software settings to allow connections to dropboxcaptcha.com."

Yesterday I did a stupid thing, I managed to lock myself out of my account in Firefox. I had set up a secondary account, but that was locked out too, once I managed to change my password. (I know, silly me...)

So now I created a new email address to be able to create a new account in Firefox. I would like to set up one of my 2 'regular' email addresses as the secondary account, but they are associated with the original Firefox account. Is there an amount of time after which I would be able to use my previous 2 accounts again, or is that a never?

(I don't feel like creating another new emailaddress especially for this.)

This version of Firefox, 110 will not save logins or ask if I want to save them. I have logged into Google and Mozilla but they are not saved. I also have that "Your browser is being managed by your organization." again. I'm running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 on my Dell Inspiron 5759 laptop. I'm not sure what else to provide for details. I actually have two of the laptops and they both will not save logins in Firefox 110. I changed the policy for Firefox in Regedit but that didn't help getting rid of the GPO notice. Both of these computers are for personal use only. I don't know if there is a conflict between Firefox 110 and Windows 11 Pro. I have used Firefox for many, many years with few issues. I don't like Chrome but I guess I'll try it.

Why does Firefox continually revert backwards and not stay on the website I have been on?? I have cleared all history and cache and it continues to jump around and in and out of decent websites!! Even ones that I am actually signed into, Amazon, credit unions, financial sites, etc, etc Even my home page Fox News will not hold a story open many times!! I have run my anti-virus and malware bytes scans numerous times with nothing coming up...I need a fix or I will go elsewhere for browsing!!

i have and like unfriend finder and every time i refresh or reinstall Firefox it does not work something about a container what is it and how do i get it

 i have tried contacting the developer please help. it says in setting  it needs a concertinaUnfriend Finder for Facebook
