I frequent Creative Fabrica a lot, I have had a subscription there for well over a year and never had any problem downloading anything, never had so much as a warning about the website. This website is larger than Creative Market. I purchased the ability to download in a subscription there, my payments are all made on time.

Even then, I am trying to download free "daily gifts" (fonts & graphics), and this is the first time I have tried on my iMac, but FireFox does nothing, and I cannot download the .zip archive, even though I can download the image files.

I have been downloading from elsewhere across the internet just fine. I usually use FireFox because I like it better than Safari (and a lot more than Chrome or Chrome Edge), until this issue.

So, what's the deal?

I heard about restarting in safe mode, but have no idea how, I always have such an issue getting FireFox to restart for updates, already (and why doesn't it offer the button to do just that?).

I have already sent you the exact information that depicts what is happening! What I got back from you is question after question trying to figure out what the problem is! Pages of absolute junk that have nothing to do with my problem! What does it take to get through to you people?! You sent me a reply that asks me a question: "Does it work if you allow to go to the HTTP version of the website as in some cases a redirect only works via HTTP and you will eventually end up on a secure HTTPS site?"...but your email is unable to be replied to and you offer no way to tell you my answer! If I am reading your question right, the answer is "YES".

I was able to figure out how to get your system to upload the error image and it is here within. The snip says it pertains to a website called "Western Journal", but I have gotten the error message on other sites as well. I repeat, from my original missive, although it claims to only be able to go to a non-HTTPS site, when I choose to go to that site, it shows in the address box, "HTTPS". Have I been hacked? In 25 years of using a computer, I have never seen this error message that seems to contradict itself. Please help and let me reply to you emails. "Ctrl + I" is a universal shortcut for formatting text in italics in pretty much _every_ text editor that supports such formatting. It is very, very, _incredibly_ annoying that almost every time I use it, firefox opens "Page info". Among the websites I tried, only Google Docs are not affected. Everything else -- messengers, text boxes like this one where I'm writing this question -- they're all affected.

Is it possible to disable ctrl+i as a "Page info" shortcut? It is honestly surprising that Firefox uses it in the first place, seeing how widespread its other use is. I write texts a lot in my everyday work, and I'm seriously considering switching the browsers because of this issue, even though I like Firefox in every other aspect.

Whenever I sign into NFL+, I get stuck on my account page on firefox. I have to copy the url of the previous page to go back to the video page. It works like If I was signed in, but as you can see the top bar with scores to black and it looks like I'm not signed in.

On the other hand. It works perfectly on Edge. As soon as I sign in, it jumps back to the video page and works every time.

I don't have any add-ons.

Hello, I was using a website that has a list editor with a delete button. Everytime I clicked the delete button, the website would ask me to confirm with an alert. There was a checkbox below from Firefox that that sounded like it would make the website stop asking me to confirm every single time, so I clicked it. Now, the delete button just doesn't work! I think Firefox is just blocking the button from doing anything at all. I need that to start working again but I don't know how to find where that setting might be stored. Firefox doesn't show individual cookies and I'm afraid to delete all the website's cookies.

Is there a direct solution to this problem? Thanks.

FYI the website is justinguitar.com, and the list editor is part of the Practice tool.

For some reason only on this computer my passwords are not saving. i reset this computer recently since its been having some performance issues. i reinstall Firefox on this device (that ive been using for 4 years) and none of my passwords show up. if i check the Firefox app on my phone or oculus those still have my passwords on them. any idea why this is the only computer that does not work. Ive been using Firefox for awhile now and this has been a frustrating issue.

Hello, I know it may sound like a Google issue, however, when I used Google Chrome as a browser instead, I did not have this problem. Now, when I'm on Google Drive, whenever I try to make a new folder it has the message "Working" in the corner forever & it won't allow me to create a new Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, or Form. I tried making a new folder on my phone & Google Chrome, and they both worked fine. I use Firefox as my default browser, and I want to keep it this way, however, if I can't use Google Drive with your browser, I might have to switch because I'm in college, and need Google Drive for my work. Thank you. Jenna Senior

I am trying to 'fork' my FF, duplicating my profile on to a stick, then modify each one so that my work related bookmarks, saved passwords, cookies, history etc are in one profile, and my social/general bookmarks, cookies, passwords etc are in the other. I have done this and using about:profiles can open the non-default (USB stick) profile in a new window, or set the non default profile as default, close, re-open FF into the alternate profile. All good so far. However this isnt working quite as I expected. If I switch to alternate profile, save a bookmark to the shortcut bar, then switch back to the other profile then after a second or two the bookmark I saved in the other profile appears on the shortcut bar?!? This happens whether I have opened alt profile in a new window, or have changed the default profile and restarted FF into the other profile. Is this because in both instances it is using the same local directory? The doesnt seem to be an option to choose a different local directory for the alt profile. This would be ideal if possible as it would ensure that there are no data crumbs left on my PC when using the USB stick profile which is important for my work security. Any help really appreciated.

Hi, I'm new to Firefox and purchased Mozilla's Firefox Private Network Browser Extension. How can I tell that it's on? Should I be seeing some sort of icon on my address bar or something? And what could be the problem if it isn't on?

Compared to Chrome, when I login then a can see extension icons on the bar. Should I be signing on to Firefox too?

As of 16 August Firefox Development Edition continually crashes.

Firefox standard is fine.

Tried the following 1. Shutdown and restart 2. Refresh 3. Uninstall, download and reinstall (4 times) 4. Chkdsk /r with restart then uninstall and reinstall 5. Open in troubleshoot mode 6. Tried incognito window 7. Tried disabling AV (Eset)

No change other than when the crash happens. Initially it would require opening a few tabs and browsing - now it crashes on startup.

Given that no other applications are behaving adversely, that Firefox standard works, that this was working find until 12 hours ago - my suspicion is it is something to do with the Developer edition.

Any other suggestions welcome.
