hi i just installed firefox 64 on windows 11 when I try to install Bitwarden password manager it shows download then goes to error no internet but we do have it I even tried a firefox refresh thanks for any help

Dear Sir/Madam, I am using the latest version of Firefox on Windows 10, and I tried to login to the Microsoft Teams website: I received the message on attach. I disabled all the add-ons, yet the problem remains. I would like to know if it may be a firewall issue or if I have to reinstall Firefox (or change any other settings). After upgrading to Firefox version 103.0 on Windows 10 I am no longer able to Login to https://auth.synchronybank.com/account/login . After entering my User ID and Password I stay on the Login screen with the gear spinning for several minutes then receive the error screen shown in the attached image. Clicking on Try Again" on the error screen produces the same error. Please correct ASAP.

Note that the Login from https://auth.synchronybank.com/account/login completes successfully using the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.

I am on Windows 10. I utilize Firefox browser only. I have always been able to log in to my 53.com online account. Every time you update, it messes my 53.com online account. I don't have a problem with Google Chrome but do not use it because I don't like it. Your advice is appreciated.

Hi, I am opt in the Open previous windows and tabs in the Settings. However, every time I am closing and opening Firefox, it does not restore previous session tabs. Can you help with this issue. please?

My old Win PC has suddenly died (burnt mobo) and I purchased a new one. System SSD from old PC works. How can I transfer logins and passwords to my new PC (just registered Mozilla acc today, so Sync option is not for me). What files, where to search (for the SSD from the old PC) and where/how to copy to a new one? I am noob here ((( Thank You very much for help.

Until FF100, I used to disable <Ctrl><W> (close tab) by modifying browser/omni.ja, commenting the following line out in chrome/browser/content/browser/browser.xhtml :

<key id="key_close" data-l10n-id="close-shortcut" command="cmd_close" modifiers="accel" reserved="true"/>

It worked until FF100, but doesn't work anymore in FF103 : commenting that line out seems to have no effect on <Ctrl><W>.

Does anybody know why ? Or does anybody know a way to disable <Ctrl><W> ?

Background : on French keyboards, the <W> key is right next to <X>, so when I try to do a cut/paste (<Ctrl><X> → <Ctrl><V>) I sometimes end up doing <Ctrl><W> by mistake, thus closing the tab. Re-opening the tab doesn't always do the trick, sometimes the latest work is lost.

I can't recall if this problem occurs all of the time or not. The problem is this.............when buying something online or donating online using a credit card I often get the message...."Save credit card number-choose Yes or No" or something to that effect. Is there a way to modify the settings on my browser so that I do not get this question about saving my credit card number? Or is this an issue with how the website I am browsing at works and therefore I cannot make a one-time fix? Thanks.

Hello: I am using Firefox Ver 103, with windows 10. Since I have updated, Firefox does not auto log me in. It used to bring me right to the main page for Xfinity, now it brings me to a setup page that I have to log into, and then I can go to my regular log-on page. I have looked over the setups, but all look the same. How can I get Firefox 103 to auto-log me in like it used to? thanks very much for any help:) Allen

I have noticed this last week that when I sign out of Paypal.com that the site tries to redirect me to something called loanbuilder.com, which I have never heard of, especially since Paypal itself is capable of granting loans to its customers. It isn't a constant thing, but it has happened more than once, so I doubt it's a coincidence. I have no clue what the latter site is. Luckily I have Noscript running so it prevents the site from doing anything, but I have no clue why Paypal.com would even be doing that in the first place. I have no idea if this is something anyone else is running into either.

I have not loaded any new apps or web extensions for that matter, and as such I doubt it's on my end, as my machine checks out fine on my antivirus and antimalware programs. I also haven't seen this kind of behavior anywhere else either, so I don't understand what's going on. Can anyone explain this and help prevent it from reoccurring?

Recently I began having a problem in Firefox on Facebook. After a bit of scrolling on facebook, there is a pause, then suddenly facebook autoscrolls very quickly, sometimes jumping down 6 to 8 posts at a time. It only happens in Firefox, but it has been so for a few weeks now. Any ideas how to fix it? (Or is it something Mozilla needs to fix?)

I use element.io for chatting with friends. If users don't add a picture for their profile, they default to a colored circle with a letter in the middle. In Firefox, the circles aren't solid, but are stripped with different colors. Please see attached image.

I have been receiving the following error message lately when Firefox temporarily hangs: "Application firefox.exe has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware"

Is there a setting where I can be notified before you take it upon yourselves to download/install an update? While I was away from my computer this afternoon I was hit by a Firefox upgrade that shut down my email and all my tabs. I've lost stuff I may never find again. If the MF'er responsible were in reach I'd punch his lights out. Seriously.

1. Tried troubleshoot mode(the one with all extensions disabled). No luck.

2. New profile. => Firefox can start without problem

3. Copy the sessionstore.jsonlz4 to the new profile => crash like before

4. Replace the sessionstore.jsonlz4 with the backup in "sessionstore-backups" =>firefox can start-up after loading for a few minutes

Currently at no. 4, but it happened again after a few days. Please help. I dont want to lose my tabs.
