One website will not come up on either Firefox or Safari - etsy.com. Did I get locked out? The website is completely empty - no words, no picture, no link.

Today, 6/10/22, I did what we sheep are trained to do, click on the latest update. What happened next is excruciatingly painful: EVERY SINGLE--ALL--FAVORITES AND SAVED PAGES--YEARS, YEARS WORTH OF SAVED PAGES AND FAVORITES, ERASED, GONE, WIPED OUT.

WHAT IS GOING ON? WAS THIS INTENTIONALLY PROGRAMMED? YEARS WORTH OF SAVED PAGES, GONE!!!

So I clicked on an excitingly named "restore" type link. Which resulted in only today's subsequent web activity being included.

What are you people doing?

I'm trying to generate API key to access addon APIs using the addons.mozilla.org -> tools->Manage Api Keys.

As web screen states before generating the key I need to confirm it via email, however no confirmation email was sent to "[email address]". This might be relevant to the issue, the account email was changed from "[email address]" to "[email address]" some time ago.

We've checked the following link trying to troubleshoot the issue on our end, but had no success. We haven't found the way how to resend the email via UI.

Could you please resend the confirmation email for API key to "[email address]" once more?

I am suddenly getting a number of web sites, which I have visited in the past and I know to be valid and secure, giving the Secure Connection Failed errors. Have you changed the programming behind Firefox which iis causing these problems. How am I supposed to get to the web sites with no ability to over ride the failure?

Hello! Hoping someone can help with this new (to me) issue. I've searched and can't seem to find any articles/threads.

When I open the wifi menu on my laptop, I also see a media player featuring a video I watched three days ago (image attached). I've used my computer several times since then and didn't notice it. It also doesn't appear to be functional, as when I click play, nothing happens.

Is there a setting I'm missing to get this to go away and to prevent it from coming back again?

Windows Edge has taken over as my browser. How do I get firefox to be my browser by default? I have tried many times but the box to delete windows edge is greyed out. Please help

Firefox on Windows 11 now runs at 100% and a stack of ram. Obviously this slows down my PC and this is only on the home page with nothing to look at. This makes it unuseable. Tried help pages - no use at all. Why am I asking an unknown instead of Mozilla? To big for their boots?

‘When i am on ebay after 4 or 5 selections everything locks up only way to free it is up is close Firefox browser then I'm unable to launch fire fox for several minutes sometimes have to do restart of pc!. Entire screen taken over by what I think is a Bogus security alert. Claims to be Apple Platform Security - *** ACCESS TO THIS PC HAS BEEN BLOCKED*** ... it has been infected with a Trojan Spyware This is followed by phone numbers to "contact Mac Support - 1-833-798-2936— (plus another number)" I have contacted Apple and APPLE SAYS: they would never send such a notice. IMPORTANT: This only occurs on FIREFOX. It won't go away when I shut down or even if I erase and reload Firefox app. NOTE: It does NOT happen with Safari.

I was using Firefox on windows 10 laptop, everything was synced with my account. Now after switching to Ubuntu I can't see my bookmarks, Just an empty toolbar. Now I don't have access to my old laptop, I sold it.

Any help?

I'm a regular user & used Firefox since long time on my PC & Smartphones i loved this browser. Firefox is my main browser and there are more than 50 website Login & Passwords saved on my Firefox account. Because i trust Firefox so much. I don't keep passwords anywhere except Firefox & i don't even remember all this logins. Recently i forgot my Firefox password and just reset the password unaware of that is caused delete all my logins. So when i reset i lost all my important logins and password. I don't no why you guys did this and now i lost all my hopes. i cant even log my Facebook, Instagram, twitter and so many important websites i daily using. Please i appreciate if recover my old logins & password to this Firefox account and let me keep using Firefox in future.

I have four mailboxes using Comcast/Xfinity. One of the four does not appear in Firefox. It DOES appear in Edge and Thunderbird. I asked about this about a month ago and the mailbox appeared. But in the past week it has once again gone missing.
