i have gone through all sorts of different options, changed my dns, gone through the settings of every network adapter, browser settings, i can not find a solution! so most websites i try to visit start by giving me that error code, but if i try to click advanced and select visit the site anyways, after about the fourth try, a page comes up saying that content filtering has blocked me from accessing this page, block.opendns.com to be exact. i have no idea what to do at this point, can anyone help me out? this is what comes up from the original error code: https://store.steampowered.com/

Wondering whether there's a straightforward way to edit the hyperlink context menu to;

i) add a command for opening the selected hyperlinks with a specific program

ii) change the order of the commands

vpn plugin on one browser won't connect to internet so i have to stop using it to go anywhere. if i use the vpn for the whole system, using a firefox browser doesn't give me clean connections so i can't get to some sites. any suggestions? do they know about this? i noticed in my settings i am now using a custom setting for tracking and a reinstall of the plugin said it now had to have access to 'private windows' which i've never had to do before. do i need to switch to the chromium browsers? cheers in advance.

Every day when I come back to my mac and firefox is open, it will not respond to any new web address. I can put in any web site and it resolves the full page name, but does not open any site. I have to close firefox completely, which is a pain when I have multiple pages open. It does not matter if I have one or tabs in use, I am forced to close out of firefox completely in order for it to work again. This has been going on for years for me with firefox through multiple versions, multiple MacOS, and multiple Mac systems.

My issue is I can't see the outlines of the tabs. It's just a broad, pale blue area above the page content, barely distinguished from the white background of the content itself. I can't see the address bar, either. Why don't applications use borders any more? It's really, really annoying. At least the + sign to create a new tab has made a re-appearance, along with the X's on the tabs to close them (I couldn't find them when I started up Windows this morning, started searching frantically for a setting to display them as it seemed like there was no tab bar at all, and eventually they reappeared and I have no idea how).

I really hope there is something to be done short of editing a .css file somewhere, but if that's what has to be done, please tell me where to find the file and ideally, what elements in it I need to modify.

BTW, thank you for putting outlines on the text entry fields for this web form. An awful lot of web site developers don't seem to think they are necessary.

Firefox is on 118.0.1, driver on 537.42(latest at this time) I think it is weird that HW_DECODED_VIDEO_ZERO_COPY/VIDEO_HARDWARE_OVERLAY is blocked by gfxInfo in about:support. I have check Blocklisting. I can't found something relate to NVIDIA recent cards or driver. And I would like to ask if firefox at this time support hevc hardware decoding?

This new update, every tab is closed! Annoyed is an understatement. This has never happened before. Really really annoyed to the point of changing browsers after using this for years now.

Every time I try to open a pdf file in firefox, I have a problem as the attached image show. I think it's a font error and the only customization I have is the better fox plugins and the addons bellow.

My passwords are saved on both my browsers, (firefox & safari), I've checked and double checked them. The password works on Safari just fine, no problems there.

I want to open Sky community but FF just flashes up a blank white page, yet it opens ok in MS edge which I dont use. If i cannot get what I want to open I will have to leave FF.

Sometimes I get notifications from Firefox which send me to "usefulcontentsite.com" (don't click this, might be harmful!) and when I click them, uBlock Origin blocks them. So I'm pretty certain that is spam (or worse). However, I could never attribute this to any page or maybe some harmful extension I have installed. Also, I mostly block site's requests for notifications.

Here is the list of installed add-ons: - ClearURLs (recommended by Mozilla) - Firefox Multi-Account Containers (official extension) - KeePassXC-Browser - uBlock Origin (recommended by Mozilla) - User-Agent Switcher and Manager (recommended by Mozilla)

So imo nothing exotic here.
