Hi,

Firefox is not responding, not loading pages. It opens, but that is about it. If I start typing, it gives me suggestions, but then fails to load, even if I click on my bookmarks, nothing really happens. Even clicking on Settings, nothing happens. I tried with CCcleaner, restarted many times and closed firefox in Task manager. I would be so grateful for some help!

After updating Firefox to v95.0 (64 bit) websites start to shown in dark mode.

My windows theme is dark, but i don't want to use same for Firefox. I tried to set ui.systemUsesDarkTheme value as 0 in about:config. But problem still remains.

Is this a bug with new version, or a feature :)

After a Firefox update, Facebook messenger fonts and/or text margins changed and started to look unpleasant to read (too narrow line spacing, the text is crammed vertically and background text fields are smaller). Chromium displays the font as before.

When I go to the Sirius xm website, https://www.siriusxm.com/contact-us?intcmp=Global+Nav_NA_www%3AHome_ContactUs the chat button is grayed out. I turned off enhanced tracking protection and it did not help. If I use Google Chrome there is no problem.

I have an account on usps.com (the post office). Using FireFox, I am unable to see or use my address book on that site. USPS tech support says it's there and also says FireFox is the most problematic web browser of all. USPS tech support says to use ANYTHING but Firefox.

Yes, I have cleared my cache and cookies multiple times in an effort to solve the problem. And doing so does not solve the problem.

I can use IE or Chrome to access USPS.com and I can see my address book!

Downloading files has broken in one of my Firefox installations. It coincidentally happened at the time that Firefox 94.0.2 had download the 95.0 update but I had not yet restarted. I don't know if this is relevant because I've updated Firefox on another PC and I don't have the same problem.

Clicking on any download link fails where I would expect the browser to give me a choice of Opening/Saving the file. The actual file is download correctly into AppData\Local\Temp but with a .part suffix. It just never appears in the download manager. The temporary file just sits there.

If I right-click and Save Link As, this works fine. However this doesn't always work when some sites implement a redirect that points to the actual file.It's the same if I try in a private window. I disabled all add-ons but that didn't help.

I no longer have sound on any websites after I muted sound for 5 minutes then enabled it again. I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox, checked the settings and done all the tips provided to no avail, I still have no sound

This version 95.0-64 bit, has issues with Office.com URL running on Windows 10. I am able to log in; however, once I enter my password and press OK...windows is ALL WHITE. Nothing is being displayed.

I compared this to Chrome to see if there were issues on the Microsoft side and Chrome is working normally. I was hoping to attach a snip; however, file upload isn't working....it just spins forever.

This was working just fine on Friday. BTW...OS Updates are current.

I'm working on a reactJs project where we're running an app in an iframe. The app and the project are interconnected. App has an in-page navigation(in same URL) with an anchor tag that allows you to launch a new component in the same tab. It worked and was compatible with all commands prior to the release of the new version of Firefox 95. The click function is not working after the rollout (its not responding in any way). When you use Ctrl + click, a new tab opens with the same URL as the anchor tag with navigated component(and working with target=_blank too). Is this happning beacuse of new security release of RLBox. If this is the case, what other options do I have for resolving the problem?

I regularly get delivery maps from UPS to track my inbound packages. Always worked without issue. After this latest update, I can no longer see the map (only the image of a truck and a house representing my address. I have all the bells and whistles turned off for this site, and I am getting no hints as to why it is not displaying correctly. I have tried two other browsers and they work fine.... (Please don't tell me to clear the cache - that is getting to be an old answer and an annoying way to fix things.Too many issues arising with these updates lately, by the way. Not fond of having to reset my theme, either!) I am adding screen shots of what it looks like today on Firefox and how it should look (screen shot from a different browser).

I was using Firefox to use the Microsoft Office online E1 Licensed ever since I joined my company. It was working without any issues so far but suddenly yesterday in Excel online it showed an error that said we are still loading the workbook and it was not editable. Waiting for hours did not resolve the issue. I should also mention that Firefox is updated to the latest version, sync is on, other workbooks are showing the same error, and I am having no issues with Excel online (same account + same workbooks + new workbooks) in other browsers. Today I tried clearing the cache and online Excel completely broke (screenshot). Please help!

I can't play videos from NBA.com which is using Endeavor technology. Does anyone know how I can get these videos to play?

Hi! This will sound like an odd question, given that everybody seems to search for the opposite - but how could I DISABLE dark-mode in FF95.00?

I have my whole OS in dark-mode the whole time because of looks. I also installed a dark-mode theme on FF. Because of looks. But after the latest updates, FF decided to present a bunch of my favourite websites in dark-mode, too. Even at daytime - where I use my Computer.

Affected websites are, for example such "unknown" websites like "twitter.com", "spiegel.de" or even "facebook.com". It seems like they use some kind of a flag or token, which decides to use darkmode or not. How do I re-enable the light-mode (is this even a word?), not dependent of my windows / FF settings? Is there an add-on?

Since the upgrade to version 95, I am unable to access the O365 and Exchange Online portals. The former just loads a blank page while the latter continuously loads the animated Outlook loading image.

All of a sudden today I am unable to connect to the Microsoft Community https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ and to my Microsoft Account https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/. I can connect with Edge but not FF 95.0. It seems according to the MS Forum that I am not the only one with this problem. Please see screenshots of what I and others are getting.

I tried visiting the Microsoft and Xbox websites but both of them didn't load and Firefox showed me this error without allowing me to access the websites anyway (I'm using Firefox on Windows 10):
