To open one of my email addresses always requires a secondary security key to be entered from my android phone after I enter my password. None of my other email addresses requires this. How do I delete that nuisance secondary requirement?

Also, how can my passwords for each email address be saved so I dont have to enter passwords every time I want to open an email? They were saved in the past but something has changed so now they are not saved. I have gone thru the saving passwords info instructions but still they are not being saved. Why not and how do I fix?

I tried to open one web page where I need a certificate, and Firefox asked for the primary key, so I enter it. However, firefox gives me this message "Firefox wants to use the system keychain"import private key" in your keychain"

Troubleshooting has been done 1. Clear all cookies 2. get the option in help for troubleshooting Mode 3. More troubleshooting information and delete cache 4. Reset the laptop 5. Check the keychain if I have Firefox there, however, I did not find it

Could please help me with that? The issue is not resolved with all the above step

The Bookmarks Sidebar freezes at times. When I close it and get it back, it works okay for a while. It happens infrequently but I lose my place and have to navigate back which is inconvenient. Please fix. This is the second time I have tried to report this, the first time the page got refreshed some how so I had to start all over again.

Mary Pat's laptop has been having problems opening programs using Firefox. After several hours, I went to Uninstall. found the Refresh Firefox button. Used it and it seemed to work. Mary Pat went back to her computer and I came back to this computer. On my laptop I showed her how to Control Panel, Uninstall, Mozilla Firefox, Uninstall, Refresh Firefox. Now both computers are have the same intermittent problem. When I finish this question, I will try Firefox one more time. Any more Error messages opening websites including Google, Amazon, Dualingo, I will be changing to a different web browser until you can tell me you found the problem and have fixed the problem.

This must be the umteenth time i have written and never received a response. Why oh why when i just want to OPEN a document to you also SAVE it? What a waste of time, space and energy to go back in and delete all these non-essential saved documents and.or downloads. Yes i answer "OPEN" when i only want to open the document. Please, please, please give me an answer and tell me how to avoid all this frustration.

Trying to open kossyderrickent.com I was suspicious of its safety. I was offered the option shown in the attachment. Is this legitimate? I am not familiar with the site and I think it may be unsafe. Pls advise.

I have uninstalled firefox about 4 times and tried everything I was told. I like firefox but not the hundred bookmarks.Will lose a good browser but bookmarks do have to go. this is my last try

my facebook ends after a dozen posts with the error message saying reload bur reload does nothing I still can not scan down my facebook posts this only happens on Firefox no other browser has a problem

As a Pensioner I am finding this extremely difficult and have no idea where to or how to get to any of the pages in Firefox to check if I have correctly secured my PC? Since yesterday, I am unable to login to the Kaiser Permanente website. the page is greyed out and the loading symbol just continues to circle. When I talked to Kaiser tech support, they asked me to try another browser. I tried MS edge and it worked easily. They said they had been getting calls about this very problem. There seems to be a conflict between kaiser website and firefox browser. I prefer firefox to edge or chrome. I can't fix this. Does anyone have any ideas? TJ

I signed in yesterday and instead of getting Bing as my home page, I got Norton Safe Search. Never asked for Norton and don't want it. How do I get Bing back? There was some reference which said in effect that the home page was changed by 'an extension' and that it could be changed but no indication on how to do that. I recently downloaded Windows 11 from Windows 10.

I set a primary password but I found I can just press cancel button and then go to my gmail and open it without any prompt to enter password first.

If my PC is stolen then any one can press cancel and open my email and other loged in sites

Over the years I have changed this setting about 20 times and it keeps going back without asking me. Every time my mouse drops on the floor by accident it closes the window and all the apps running in the browser and Firefox insists! that the setting be off at all times. Is there a way to stop the browser from reverting this setting? I have been using and recommending firefox all my life i am changing this setting for the last time and if i have to do it again I am changing browsers and advising everyone i know to do the same.
