I keep having display problems with one website in particular. I keep clearing the website cache, and it temporarily rectifies the problem, only to have it return when more data ends up in the website cache. I am clearing this cache several times a day. I tried closing and reopening Firefox, but that does not clear the cache, even though it is set to clear all browsing history upon closing.

I have selected a particular theme (Classic Marine Blue) which I like. However, when I click on an item that has a dropdown menu, the background color of the dropdown is black with white text. I prefer white with black text. For example, this happens with the Library item with the drop downs Bookmarks, History, and Downloads.

I've tried using Firefox Colors, and couldn't solve the problem with a custom theme.

I get it that this happens because the text color on most of the toolbars is white, which apparently triggers Firefox to flip to a black background rather than staying with the original white background.

I don't wish to change the theme. All I want is my black-text on white-background drop down colors back.

Any suggestions? Please help. This is really annoying.

i have a login to Harris county /toll Road Authority. A few weeks ago, it quit loading. When I click the bookmark, the tab shows motion, but after that, only a blank screen. I have tried the same web site on MS Edge, and it loads without a problem. Tried settings change to no proxy, adding the login to exceptions - no change, it still loads a blank screen. What is going on?

I installed mozilla today and I looked in to my settings and found this message "Your browser is being managed by your organization."

I am not part of any organization since this is my home pc.

I checked the forums but i couldn't solve this.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox doesn't exist for me and i don't use avast.

On about:policies it shows "Certificates-ImportEnterpriseRoots-true"

What is this ImportEnterpriseRoots thing?

I'm using a laptop with windows 11.

Can anyone help?

I have been experiencing BSOD on my Dell XPS 9500, each time with the error message: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

After analyzing the crashdump with WinDbg, it appears the culprit is Firefox. I have experienced 5 crashes in the past week and in each case, the analysis reveals Firefox as the culprit.

Below is the output of the analysis of the last crash dump. Someone please take a look and advise.

I have verified my Firefox is up to date.

I've installed Firefox 105.0.3 on a machine with a fresh installation of Windows. I've left the machine running overnight. The next morning, Firefox stops loading pages. When I check C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox, I can see that Firefox.exe has a file date of July, instead of October: all the files in this folder are now for version 102 instead of 105. This has happened several times in a row now. What could be causing this problem?

I have been having an issue for a week or more and no updates from the browser seems to fix that. The error reads: Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. This is occuring with a request to RBC banking. The same appears to be true but witrh different language for a request with Desjardins Insurance portal. The second link printed in red is the result after I cleared all cookies from Desjardins site. I can access many other pages within the two sites. RBC I am logged in (In black). Desjardins I am not yet as a user when these errors come up

I tried to load the following page and it does not load correctly: https://www.riu.com/pt/hotel/aruba/palmbeach/hotel-riu-palace-aruba/index.jsp When I load the page almost nothing shows up (see attached). I have tried the specific address, and also what Google and DuckDuckGo search returned, same result time, although the search returned the English page version. Also, the page loads correctly in Edge, Opera and Chrome. It also works fine using Firefox for Android. Seems to be just on Windows.

Firefox 105.0.3 Windows 10 Dell G5 5587

This is the second time in a week I have filed a report about a page not working. Last time it was a very specific page on a specific site, this time it is a the top level of a fairly generic website. I've been a Firefox user almost since day 1, on windows, unix/linux, and android, and I have not had this much trouble before. And yes I understand this is a volunteer effort, so if there is anything I can do to help get this working let me know.

There is like a long white sheet pop-up that keeps appears on my Desktop on the right center. When I closed the website that I just went through, the pop-up immediately moves fast to the to hide. This is going on every day.

Something else is going on I noticed that when I make some changes in my settings, other changes take place like my email icloud was turned off yesterday. A few days ago an app game from Apple store was moved into my Apple ID, icloud with a check mark.

Yesterday, All the add-ons were disable in safe mode that I had to do a Troubleshooting mode and refresh Firefox to the add-ons back.

At work I always log on to the Bendigo Bank to look at transactions on our bank account. I need to print them off once a week. Since last week the pages don't print properly. Instead of showing the entire transactions, they are now half covered because the left hand side of the print page is covered by the bank's menu which always shows at the side of the webpage. I contacted the bank who said they'd had other firefox users complaining about this. They said that it's firefox's fault and follows an update which was done. Please can you help? I have attached a snipping tool image of the problem.

After the last update (October 7th), SOME videos stopped playing for me. They just show an error. On the same YouTube, some video plays normally, and some gives an error. Tried safety mode. Already tried disabling add-ons, checked all settings. I did everything that was in the FAQ. Did not help. Everything works fine in other browsers. And I can't understand the pattern of videos NOT playing.
