When trying to open files from ClearQuest in Firefox, the file format is not always correctly recognized: every time it is necessary to manually browse for the application (e.g. Word, Excel) to open the file. Moreover, when Outlook msg file is being opened, it fails with an error message: "The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using."

MS Edge works OK. But there are other sites that don't work well with Edge - I need a single browser for all Thales applications, and so far it's been Firefox. Every time to fix it should clear cash and set up new profile. It is working for awhile then again cause a problem. Please advise us ASAP. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I have problems with Firefox web browser probabely since last automatic update (last week). Problem is that when I write something into search field in Google or another searchh engines, letters that will appear are different than I wrote on keyboard. For example I wrote " firefox podpora" but letter shown are "ffrefix ridrira". It happens only in FF. In same time I opened Chrome browser or Opera browser and tried to write same letters and in these browsers are all shown OK. Such letters discrepancy is not happen all the time but occasionaly during day seasons and take some minutes untill things go correct again. I use last version of FF 115.3.1esr Antivirus and antimalware programs shows computer as free of malware, viruses ... Can you pls help me to solve this problem? Thank you.

It used to be possible to set the colour of a container to black, although I can't remember how I did it: I think it was somewhere reachable from the preferences page. Facebook container still sets its colour to black on installation, so the black colour is still there, but I can't set black colour for a container in the Manage Containers dropdown.

I'm running version 8.1.2 on 115.3.1esr (64-bit) for openSUSE Leap 15.5 (and it would be much easier if I could copy this information from the Help-<About page). </p>

Is it even possible to create a customisable Add ons just by adding keywords or tags. I would pay handsomely to be able to block articles in newspapers containing words like Beckham, Posh, Sussex, Kardashian, Harry, Meghan, Caitlin etc., etc., and others.

I have just upgraded firefox to 115.3, and now the menu and tab area have an ugly blue color with white text.

If I switch to another window, the color returns to gray with black text, but as soon as I select the window, the menu/tab area becomes blue again. Only the active tab is shown with a gray background.

I have found this bug (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1090432) from 8 years ago, which seems to be the same problem, but the fix described does not work:

In about:config, browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar is set to 0 (not true or false). If I set it to something else and back to 0, the blue color remains. If the value is not 0, one could argue that firefox should use the title bar color, but if it is 0, then the regular window color should be used. Also, regardless of which color ought to be used, the tab header is not connected to the window below, but separated using a blue separator, making the window exceptionally ugly. This is the case even when browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar is nonzero.

I have also created a 100% fresh profile, without addons etc, and the behavior is the same.

Firefox update to 115.3.1 makes my 100% screen look like 110% or 120%? My Bookmarks toolbar had 9 folders across. Now three of them have been pushed into an overflow at the right side of the toolbar. Is there any way to fix what seems a screen a-kilter?

I use firefox 115.3.1 on debian12 and chat with gpt on poe.com, firefox can't get the response dynamicly and it can only be loaded when the whole response finish, but it run properly whan I use chrome. Whan I press F12, I see many gets were red(ns-error-net-interrupt), how can I fix it?

Since some month Firefox cannot download correct .zip or .bz2 files. When open these files 7zip says that there is "data after payload". When do sha256sum on such a file it is not correct (of course not). Firefox updated and Yoroi wallet has stopped working. Failed to access storage. Yoroi needs to access to storage ("IndexedDB") to properly manage wallets. Your browser may either not support IndexedDB or it may be disabled due to your privacy settings (such as private browsing) any Ideas ? my regards

All of my 100+ open tabs suddenly disappeared from Firefox on Mac today (not sure if I pressed some button combination by mistake or what happened). When Firefox reopened, only one tab was opened which I closed/restarted Firefox couple of times. Unfortunately I don't see all these historical tabs in the History->Recently closed tabs (just the latest one after Firefox restart). Can I somewhere find and reopen all the tabs? I tried various options but no success.

A browser hijacker malware (www.discoverresultsfast.com) was installed on my MacBook Pro OS Ventura, 13.6 FireFox Browser 115.3.7 ESR without my knowledge and is bombarding me with notifications. Would you have a method to remove this? Thank you, Falcon [email removed from public]

How to shrink the firefox tool ribbons and icons? It takes up too much screen!, so I keep on having to restore my W10 computer to uninstall the 2023 September update! This is not critical, but more then inconvenient! And makes me hate updates!

I'm a Windows 7 user... (I don't care for Windows 10 or 11) FireFox Browsers needs to have a way to adjust the ToolBar & Mrnu Text Size.. Even a Small/Medium/Large would be something. The layout.css.devPixelsPerPx in the about:config does change the font size by magifing everything on the browser. That's not exceptable, because of the way it affects everything within the viewable field. I know that no one wants to do anything to assit a Windows 7 user. But since the newer versions of window are crap.. I still need some help in trying to figure out "How to change/affect" the Size of the Text if FirwFox's browser.. Without distorting everything else within the browser....... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..........
