I am about to drop Firefox for another browser. I have added Total AdBlocker yet popups still creep through. Now with MSN.com my home page, some of the Video Boxes are blank but if I go to Chrome they show complete.

Hello, I have been using Firefox on several platforms since FF was launched many years ago -- have always loved it.

NOW IT IS NOT supported on several KEY websites like Macys.com, Costco.com, etc. I am using the LATEST version on Mac OS.

I can use Safari at those sites WITHOUT problems. Thanks -Shad

Adblock is unable to deactivate thumbnails appearing towards the end of a Youtube video! I've restarted FF but result is the same.

What is wrong? Any other alternatives?

Firefox quit and I restarted the application with all previous browsing tabs. Unfortunately, for some reason, all of my bookmarks (50+) are gone and I cannot find a way to get them back. I do not think I am usually signed into a Firefox account.

Please any help would be much appreciated. I do not recall all the things I've bookmarked.

Recently I have had difficulty completing online purchases. Specifically a purchase from Equifund, an investing company. I was using the Firefox browser, which I like, and I could not connect Equifund to my bank account nor get it to sign off with my credit card. They recommended Google Chrome and I had no problem. I have used FIREFOX for many years and have account. Right now I am located in France but normally based in US. I have tried multiple times to sign up to FIREFOX / MOZILLA VPN but when I reach the pay page and enter credit card details it will not let me pay. I have tried multiple credit cards both American and European and all valid cards but the pay button simply won/t turn blue and allow the final step. Do you have any suggestions ? I'm on FF 107 and I tried on multiple machines and networks. Firefox doesn't seem to clear inputted text in textarea elements on regular site refresh (click on reload button or F5 or Ctrl+R) anymore. Entered text is persistent througout reload. A reload with cache refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Shift+Reload button) enforces the reset of the data or if website is reopened.

Should be testable e.g. on that site: https://www.javatpoint.com/html-textarea Enter some additional text in the textarea under Output: and then reload, the entered text stays as is

This is very unexpected behavior and very annoying. Please help!

I accidentally assigned Twitter to a specific container ("Always Open This Site in..."), and cannot find the unassign option ANYWHERE. This shouldn't be this hard to locate, it should be as simple as the assigning process is.

It appears that this is something that the Facebook Container plugin would block, but I wanted to double-check and make sure.

Trying to stream the 2022 World cup soccer from SBS but I can't get past the Ad blocker and/or the whitelist for SBS.The google search results have not provided any solutions. eg Preferences are not where google suggest . I have a large number of tabs open. I have tried closing a lot of them but whenever Firefox restarts, it reopens ALL the old tabs, including the ones which I closed individually during the previous session, ie it ognores the fact that I specifically closed some of the in the previous session. I need to reduce the number of tabs substantially but Firefox is preventing this. I am NOT a technical expert. Thanks to anyone who can help.

When clicking on subject line in Firefox 107 page either fails to respond, will respond and render a white page, or respond and render the website chrome but not the content of the eMail.

Sometimes the page will render an email but all links, and scrolling are disable.

Only way to get page to display correctly is to press hot keys "ctrl+f5"

Have reset Firefox, attempted safe mode, and have cleared cache, happens on Windows 10, and Windows 11 (most recent service pack on each)

I have set firefox to clear the cache on shutdown. It does not work. Every night I shutdown and reopen in order to clear the cache manually. It does not work. I was always left with 38kb. Now it's 63kb. What can I do other than dump firefox and find an alternative browser?

I just subscribed to TSN Canada for sport streaming. When I try to login to my account, I can't get in and I have to use Edge to be able to login. I don't like to use any other browser but Firefox. Is there a solution? Thank you.

I have FF setup to forget all data after being closed except for a couple of websites. No Google properites are included in the list.

After logging FF has also been logged in to all Google properties; google.com, gmail, etc. If I close the browser and reload it all cookies should be dumped but, if I visit google.com somehow I'm logged back in.

"Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" should mean I'm reset to a somewher zero state, yes?
