Today I had a power outage. When I started the computer afterwards I noticed that session recovery in firefox did not work. Even worse: History and even bookmarks seem to not have not been written for 9 days. I added bookmarks in the last days that are lost now. The reason is likely that the partition which the firefox profile resides on ran out of disk space at some point. I freeded space on that volume and firefox behaved regulary, so I expected everything would be fine. Now it seems like I lost about 10 days (open tabs, history AND bookmarks) how can it possibly be that there was no warning about issues with writing to disk in Firefox?

About every month or so Firefox decides to delete my login info and i have to relog everywhere again.

While this is not a critical issue, its a very annoying one.

My cookie settings are on standard, and the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" square is unticked. I use Dashlane for my passwords but ive used it for a long time before on mozilla and other browsers and i've never had issues with it.

I just restarted my computer with a Firefox update, and upon rebooting AVG caught the Firefox updater trying to connect to a Card Stealer URL. Please see attached screenshot.

Every time I open a link in firefox that is a youtube short, it opens up an entirely different short than I selected unless I am using a "full video" version of the link. I have tested this and it works fine if I copy-paste it into chrome.

when i am using firefox and i am switching between my word app the web page being displayed it will say expired when returning to it when i am only off the program to paste a word. What can I do to prevent having to refresh and confirm every time??

I'm completely at a loss with this. Firefox is not able to open eBay category lists. Clicking on the drop-down "Shop by Category", link or any of the sub-category links within the menu go nowhere except for a gateway timeout error after a number of minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient, because unless you are looking for a specific item by searching for it, you have no way to browse through categories. I don't seem to have this problem with any other website that I can think of, but since I use eBay quite regularly (daily), it has long ago gone from annoying to down right intolerable.

This isn't a problem with Safari, but I seldom use that browser preferring to use Firefox instead.

I've tried every solution I've come across. From giving permissions, turning of Firefox Enhanced Tracking, turning off any ad blockers I have. Using Troubleshoot Mode, manually turning off and on extensions, clearing history and all remnants of eBay in case of corrupt cookies or anything else for that matter. I've even lit black candles while dancing beneath a dark moon in hopes of exercising what seems to be a long resident multi-year demon. And the damn thing isn't even paying any rent!

I am on an iMac, using Catalina with everything up to date.

So, I have two questions:

1.) Does everyone else still have this problem? I've seen pages of search results on Google for this and similar issues with eBay and Firefox stemming back three or more years.

2.) If you do not have this problem, what have you done other than fixes I've listed? And if you happened to include a particular color candle and phase of the moon differing from mine even that suggestion would be appreciated. :)

Ctrl + T no longer opens a new tab, but instead brings me to the third tab I have open. If I have less than 3 tabs open, it either does nothing (for one tab) or brings me to the second/third (for two or three tabs). Other keyboard shortcuts are not glitched like this. Why is this happening and how I can fix it?

I have already reinstalled Firefox and restarted my computer, but neither of those have done anything.

I dont care what you are going to say to make it sound okay, it is NOT OKAY AT ALL. Mozilla Firefox supposed to be a Privacy Browser is not making business with Meta -> Facebook, lately i really question the mental health of Mozilla, first a unique identifier, now a partnership with zucking facebook, what's next? Let me tell you something, if you are a privacy company then get the zuck away from companies who don't give a damn zuck about privacy -> facebook, mozilla can NOT simply make a deal with facebook and claim "oh dont worry it's ok your privacy is secure, bullsh!t.

You know what, i have been using Firefox since i first accessed the internet with a webbrowser, now hear this -> one more negative thing from mozilla and that's it, bye mozilla you have lost your way.

While this is only me speaking here, MANY people have already quit firefox because of what mozilla has been doing recently. Continue what you are doing now, and soon your greatest product -> firefox will be dead. When privacy partners with tracking & spyware this is the definition of suicidal behaviour. I really worry about Mozillas Mental Health lately.

This website, https://community.cubigo.com/#/home, does not function using release 109. The site depends on .js files. There had never been a problem with prior releases, and everything is cool with Chrome and Edge.

I didn't know which topic to select. Just started the computer and there was a TrendMicro notice to restart my browser to complete an update -- I opened Firefox and it opened in two windows with notices about updates, but had lost all my tabs. Other times the situation is different, but the result is the same -- fifty or a hundred tabs gone -- I just noticed the toolbar is missing too so I'm going to send or submit this and turn it back on and see if that stupid extension that supposedly saves my tabs has saved anything, but often, when this happens, it hasn't saved anything for weeks! I've tried getting tech support from them but however these things works something isn't triggering it. One shouldn't need a CIS degree to be able to use a laptop. Thank you, you're awesome regardless.

I have installed every update that you have provided, and allowed the install at my discretion. Question; why is it I have no problems at all in any way until I allowed these updated to install. I have never had so many times when the screen stall's, even had to restart the PC with the reset button. Your updates are getting worse and worse :( When I last installed Firefox, I had limited and or no problems with this program, and yet you claim every time you update that you are fixing bugs, glitches, and a whole load of other stuff, but I never had any of these thing's happen until you started updating :( Can you please stop messing with a program that works properly, but putting it back too a version that works without constant problems :(

I keep getting the following error message when I try to login to Gmail

"There was an error during the transport or processing of this request. Error code = 103, Path = /v3/signin/_/AccountsSignInUi/data/batchexecute"

I have rebooted my modem/router, cleared cache and cookies and even refressed firefox. Still the same error.

need a new mail account immediately. Zohomail in India blocked my account. Cannot even communicate with them since account is frozen but seems to allow incoming emails.. Can get incoming just no outgoing. Love Firefox..been on it for years. Medical heart failure condition requires a working email account at once. Can you help ?

browser bar is striped pink and gray... I have tried EVERYTHING!!!!! It is too hard to read. I have done all the about:config, I have reinstalled multiple times- always come back. I am at my wits end.
