had to reinstall Firefox because of swcurity breach...looks like old app was put in folder...but I lost all my bookmarks inthe new install...how do I transfer bookmarks fromfolder to new app

Fix the taskbar icon removal process so that one or two deletes does the trick. Having to delete for every item I looked at on a site is so annoying and I can't believe you think this is ok.

How do I actually get help with my account? I cannot access it because the account has the WRONG EMAIL address mixed up with the WRONG PASSWORDS. The account MESS is preventing me from using SYNC creating my emails USELESS!!! There must be someone, somewhere, who can tell me how to get specific help with MY FIREFOX ACCOUNT. It is messed up so badly I am going have to throw this computer out and start all over -- but then I have to use either some bogus email address that I DO NOT WANT TO USE. My accounts were set up decades ago -- very soon after FIREFOX was offered. BUT JUST BECAUSE WE ARE OLD, ACCOUNTS ARE OLD, WHY does Firefox IGNORE problems with BASIC ACCOUNT PROBLEMS! I HATE THIS I HATE THIS I HATE THIS I HATE THIS! FIREFOX SUCKS!!!!!!! no such thing as support. When I attempted to ask "How to contact Firefox ACCOUNT HELP", the stupid answer was older than my car, my house, but I am older than dirt so it was NOT that old. STUPID STUPID STUPID. IF I CANNOT GET BACK INTO MY FIREFOX AND/OR GOOGLE ACCOUNT I CANNOT GET MY EMAILS TO SYNC. How does someone get ACCOUNT HELP? I'll pay for the blasted help if just to get my emails out of FIREFOX? Such BAD customer service -- oh yeah, we aren't CUSTOMERS cause Firefox is FREE. Right now that is EXACTLY WHAT FIREFOX and MOZILLA are worth -- NOTHING, NADA, ZERO, TRASH! And now it will cost me $$$$$ to get my computer completely reset to eliminate ALL TRACES OF FIREFOX!!!

when I open firefox it ALWAUS goes back to the last page I visited. I checked off that feature in settings, tried restaring in safe mode, refreshing firefox, updating, reinstalling, nothing works. I DO NOT WANT LAST PAGE RELOADING AT STARTUP. How do I make firefox works properly?

I enabled "Open Recent Taps At Startup" but it doesn't work all the time sometimes i close the browser and then open again at some time later or maybe a little bit after i closed it and the taps are gone, i actually don't know what is wrong with it, does someone know a fix to this issue ?

Note: This actually does not happen a lot but when it does it becomes very frustrating especially when i closed the browser for a long time and i open it again i find that all of the taps are gone and it becomes very hard to remember what i had opened since the last time

With the latest update of Firefox, my laptop, which is a high end DELL, is experiencing big difficulties just running a Firefox with 3 tabs open. the CPU usage is skyrocketing and it is also heavy on the memory. I am running the same 3 tab on the same websites as I have been doing for the past 6 months, but since the latest Firefox update, this has become impossible. What happened to Firefox? I have had no other significant updates but the Firefox update.

I have set an google meet with my friends. we were hearing each other very well but when we start to share our screen for example an video from YouTube they can't hear the video's audio. I have checked my microphone during the screen sharing it was on. But still they couldn't hear the audio of the video. During the share screen they heard my voice but they didn't heard the audio of the video. We tried on Google Chrome everything worked very well then we turned back to Mozilla same issue happened again. I don't want to use again Google Chrome so please help me with this issue. Long story short; On a Meet they can hear my voice on microphone, but when i share my screen they can't hear the audio from a YouTube video but they can still hear my voice. Please help ASAP!

I'm running Firefox 111.0.1 on a 2021 MacBook Pro running OS 13.0.1. I'm suddenly unable to load eBay; all efforts result in a blank white page whose tab indicates it's trying to load. I cleared my cache of all eBay data and restarted Firefox--alas, to no avail. Please don't tell me to look for the shield in the upper left-hand corner--one needs to have a loaded page in order to do that.

Trying to create new "list" in my Twitter account. First click in the Twitter procedure brings up a Firefox box <Continue to Firefox accounts>. How can I get rid of this and continue with the Twitter procedure? Thanks in advance.
