every website i go to says I have AdBlock Plus enabled as an extension, ad-on or whatever. I can not find it anywhere in the extensions menu, add-ons manager, etc. to turn it off... I have looked in every folder and area that I can, looked through my entire account info, profile, security, extensions, plug-ins, etc. Can you please help me find it so I can turn it off, uninstall etc.

Every now and then Firefox asks to to shut down the program and reopen it. But when I do that I lose all the open tabs I had before. I also tried the new container tab system but it doesn't work

Can someone explain why my PHOTO ALBUMS are not showing up on a website where I'm attempting to upload photos from these albums from my MacBook Air? It does allow me to drag and drop, but the actual albums are not showing up when I 'BROWSE." On my iphone and ipad the individual albums are showing up when I browse in the website to upload. It's only on my MacBook Air that the albums are not showing up. All my photos are there, but not the individual albums.

I have no idea why my browsing history, open tabs etc. didn't reopen after this restart. I previously had all the settings correct to reopen all windows after a restart, but now there's not even a history available.

My Macbook Pro's Firefox has a convenient bookmark toolbar, my Mac Air's FireFox does not. Can I find a setting on the latter to restore my settings from the former?

Hi: There is no Refresh Firefox tab. I go to Help More troubleshooting information. Like I've done a million times. And for Diagnose Issues there's only a Troubleshoot Mode and a Clear startup cache tab. No Refresh Firefox tab. I did not want a new profile. I did not want additional profiles. This has messed everything up. Firefox is not working. Thank you

I keep tabs up on a Window when I do "research". I will minimize the Window or at some point Close the window eventually and I EXPECT MY TAB HISTORY TO BE THERE UNTIL I TELL FIREFOX TO CLOSE THEM!!! My choice!! That's #1.

1. 2 - too often because of the above, I must go to History to "RE-OPEN all tabs" Too often - Clicking "Re-open all tabs" Does NOT work!!! Even if it's 5 minutes later???

when they should not have been closed in the first place. Poor function now requiring me to RE-sign in to what ever websites "G-mail" "Facebook" other stuff - I had on my Window and re type in all the work I already had up and ready to get back to work on.

This "tool" that supposedly wants me to use it that it's main function is "to make my life easier" does NOT get to waste my time over and over again. Used to work great - NEW IMPROVED FIREFOX SUCKS!!

Sick of this poor function.

Thank ONLY you "volunteers" for helping me. NO THANKS to FireFox NOT offering tech support or any customer service. am 2 secs away from moving to full Google Chrome (which I hate too) or any other browser.
