I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

We can access the website www.focusadhdindy.com using Chrome, but when using Firefox, we notice that it requires an additional '/' (www.focusadhdindy.com/) to open. Please resolve this issue so that the website can be accessed from Firefox using the link www.focusadhdindy.com without the need for an additional trailing slash.

I am having a significant issue with firefox draining my battery. I used chrome up until the new year and then switched over to firefox from chrome. Overall I love firefox so much more. The format is way more pleasing. I love how it easily signs me back into everything, BUT IT DRAINS MY COMPUTER SO MUCH. Like i used to have an 8hour + battery span my laptop neverrr died. Now I get through MAX 2 hours of full use before needing to charge, and maybe 4 hours just having it at school but not using it.

I thought my dell suddenly started crashing, ran all these tests, and then I realized the only change was that I had started using Firefox... So sad I think I am going to have to leave it.

I read a lot of articles and did everything suggested. my graphics is webreader , i turned on all the suggested features, i have 2 extensions , the only thing I could maybe think of was that I use an animated theme so maybe that was killing the battery, but like if I can't use my theme than whats the point.

Since updating to 121.0.1, only the top edge of the tabs in my menu bar are visible (see image). I tried reinstalling, restarting, and switching to a different theme. Any thoughts on why this is or how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Since a day or two the font size on my Menu Bar is way too small. I have been searching around and the solutions are not working or not what I want. I do not want to zoom in, I want my page size to remain the same, I only need the font size on the menu bar back to what it was. I tried the userChrome.css method and it did not work

When I click the Firefox icon to start, it is minimized at the top of the creen, I clcik the enlarge button and it just moves it across the screen. I have to click it again to make it full size

I sometimes have a problem connecting to a URL. It does not make any difference which URL. Microsoft Edge has the same problem when this occurs.

I have two network connections. One is via Ethernet and one via WiFi. I generally don't connect the WiFi since I am sitting next to my router. Yesterday, when this occurred, I connected the WiFi and everything worked. I thought it had something to do with my WiFi, but today when it failed I tried the same thing and the problem continued.

I ran the Microsoft troubleshooter and it displayed that I was connected to the Internet.

When this occurs I can ping my router successfully, but I cannot connect to my router via Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

Today I rebooted my router, even though other devices do not have a problem connecting to the Internet, and when the boot was completed everything worked. When I rebooted the router my PC indicated that it did not have a connection and when it was able to access the router initially it indicated that I did not have a connection to the Internet. When my PC indicated it had an Internet connection Firefox functioned correctly.

I have a UPS which has my router, modem, and desktop PC connected. We have had power failures and either my PC is turned off or I turn it off. My router and modem continue to function and we can access the internet via tablets or cell phones. I was wondering if the power failure somehow could have affected my network provider and I needed to reset my router so that it could establish a new connection to the modem. Don't know if this makes any sense or not.

I have Microsoft Office 2021 which is Microsoft's perpetual license version of Office 365. I use Outlook in Microsoft Office 2021. What surprised me is that when this is going on Outlook will function correctly.

Is there anything I can access in Firefox that can help me determine what is going on, or do you have any suggestions?

Why do I have TWO Firefox icons shown on my desktop screen? If I click on #1 it says: "Created Tuesday, February 20, 2018" If I click on #2 it says: "Created Tuesday, December 05, 2023" Do I need both? or can I delete one of them? Thanks.

My old email keeps showing up when Firefox is trying to auto fill email. How do I change that in Firefox. Same with addresses, My mailing address is shown in many different ways, all variants of my actual address.

Also, I have some kind of browser hijacker (BING) that keeps directing me to Bing website. I have tried the standard procedures as outlined, bu t still BING often redirects my searches. I am also working with my anti-virus people to try to correct, but thought I would ask you as well. Here's where it took me when I searched for cookies (like you bake in the oven): "https://www.bing.com/search?ptag=ICO-86655dbd68d344bb&form=INCOH1&pc=1AWL&q=cookies"

When I am trying to access a photo library for Bing Wallpaper photos I am blocked by Cloudfare error 525. I can using a different browser (MS Bing; Chrome; DuckDuckGo) and it works fine. Only errors out using Firefox since last two updates.'

Lost an open session in Firefox - folder sessionstore-backups doesn't contain anything. Not even the upgrade recovery. Lost or is there still something else I can do? Thank you

I reset my windows 10 installation thinking that it would be similar to a "backup and restore", but it wasnt. I wiped out nearly everything I had installed.

I hope that can learn how to load bookmarks from saved favorites folder.

Any help?

I am trying to delete the add on extensions and when I click themes and extensions, manage your add on does not pop up. It is causing problem with trying to download videos with dwhelper because the add on extensions pop up not the video download. Please help. Thanks

I logged into my new laptop and because I forgot my password I used the forgot password option, but now when I login I dont have my previour saved profile and it seems to be a fresh profile.

All my bookmars and saved passwords are missing.

I have always used the same email address for login.
