Prezados Senhores,

Quando eu mudo a página do Firefox, através de um programa externo, e depois tento voltar para a página anterior, a página aparece na tela, mas fica completamente INATIVA, e a barra de endereços também não muda para a minha página anterior. É um problema GRAVÍSSIMO que só acontece com o Firefox. Várias das suas sugestões já foram posta em prática, incluindo-se a reinstalação, mas, sem sucesso. Como faço para resolver?

Basically, I'm aware there's a quick option to transfer data between one browser to another as long as they are on the same device, but I wanna do the same for two different devices. I'd like to transfer my passwords, history, bookmarks, settings and themes. Is there a quick and easy way to do that?

I had stumbled on a list of your fixed bugs lists and noticed updates were made on my keyboard.

On 03/09/2024, my left shift key, z, X and C keys are not working.

I have to copy and paste those letters from other documents to type it here. Do you have any idea how those keys stopped working?

As soon as I touch the mouse wheel to scroll up or down, it jumps to the bottom right cell of the page and won't go anywhere else. It's been doing it for a few days and I can't figure out what is wrong. It's this way in every sheet I have. Mouse works fine in every other program. I'm using Firefox, Win 10. There are several persons complaining about this.

Any ideas what is the problem?

hello, I cant find a way to limit the download speeds on the Firefox browser, any and all downloads instantly use all my bandwidth, making downloading large files a hassle and stop me from using the internet for anything else. I tried looking into extensions and add-ons but none of them could solve my problem. I wish to set a download speed limit on my browser so I may still use it while downloading large files.

Hi, Have been a happy user of Firefox for many years and it is my preferred browser. However, around mid 2023, I suddenly lost emails from trusted sources I signed up for like USPS Informed Delivery, ads from Publix, Harbor Freight, ALDI etc., etc. ... . Even when using the same computer running WIN10 64bit with another ISP abroad the same issue happens. Using Malwarebytes for Web protection. However, when I signed up for USPS Informed Delivery using AOL Edge, it works with daily updates. Tried to figure out if there are any filters on Firefox which could be the culprit but don't know what to look for. Appreciate any help to solve this issue. Thanks, Ben

Since the update on 123.0.1 on 7th March 2024 I am unable to access online banking on either Lloyds or Halifax UK banking. I have tried removing all cookies and then all data and then full refresh of software all to no effect. I can log in to both banks via Edge or Gener8 with no problem hence it must be something to do with the Mozilla update done on 7th March as I last accessed both banks using Firefox on 4th March 2024

i cannot get access to my saves in pocket anymore it is asking me for a password to log in i have never needed one before and no matter what i try to do even resetting a new password i still cant get anywhere

Now i could not login and saying this is wrong user id, Please help me find the user account name and password, i already login saved in mozila. it is really appreciate if you can help me.

When I try to sign into PNC Bank Personal Banking website, https://www.pnc.com/en/personal-banking.html I get error CODE 18 - 68.60.142.187 I can login using Chrome. I have contacted PNC technical support team, who advise me that the problem is with Firefox. Does this make sense? Can you help me?

I have accessed (Google) Youtube - History, over Firefox/DuckDuckGo for a number of years now without difficulty. Recently Google introduced a Two-step security check and, when selected, a question was sent to the handset (which I use as a tether for two laptops) which always quickly appeared and quickly responded to my finger's touch. In the last couple of weeks the question is still asked but nothing comes through to the handset, or the standby handset. For a test I then went through Google Chrome and that opens the Youtube History without any questions etc. It seems to hint that Google are using the Two-step etc to keep out access over other Browsers.
