I want to erase the username and password for my Amazon account. I prefer to sign in manually. I turned off auto fill in settings, but when I want to shop on Amazon and attempt to sign in, Mozilla no longer autofills but it does provide my username which is my e-mail account. I want the popup window to be blank for my username and my password. The only way I can imagine is to stop Mozilla from "memorizing" this information. Is it possible for me to do that?

When File Explorer of Windows 11 25H2 tries to access and open an icon-file in the FF (144-64bit) profile's 'shortcutcache' folder, explorer gets Access Denied. The account running Firefox has admin rights.

Looking to the ACL of the profile folder containing the folder 'shortcutcache' show no reason for the blocking. Trying this with a new profile did not help.

My broadband router set ip address is not secure as it's HTTP What is the solution to able me to access my home router via Wifi in the same location of course which is at home?

a web site continues to say mozilla browser need update to correctly access web page. I have downloaded latest update ESR for Firebox (using windows 7 OS) But web site still says I need update! Is it me or the web site that has the problem?

Hello, I recently used the option to sign out while also checking the box to delete data from the device. I was under the impression that once I had the new computer I could just sign into my account and my synced data would be there. This is not the case, because I can't even get my bookmarks and what not back on the device that I originally signed out of. I'm pretty sure I am on the right account so why is everything gone even though it said that synced data will not be deleted? Am I cooked? Losing all my keys and bookmarks is going to suck so if anyone could help me, that would be much appreciated.

I've embedded a Youtube video from our company's YouTube page into our website. It works fine on Chrome, but on Firefox it displays the error message: 'Video unavailable Playback on other websites has been disabled by the video owner Watch on YouTube' I have not disabled playback on other websites. Where could this problem be? It looks unprofessional for the video not to be working.

Any help would be much appreciated.

thank you for your time & expertise:) Can you please help me understand what would happen if firefox stops supporting windows 7 users. Will i still be able to use the browser - just with less security? I will probably have to give up using a computer if I cant continue with Windows 7 so I'd even be prepared to pay an annual fee to keep the support going. Since I updated my computer to windows 11, I cannot load my amazon page. I've tried to load directly from menu bar, still NG. There must be a setting I'm not understanding

For the past few days, I haven't been able to use Google Lens for searches. Why? It used to work, and I haven't changed anything on my computer.

I read the support article about this problem: everything seems fine, Google is definitely my search engine... Can you tell me what I need to do to get it working again? Thank you
