I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

Dear community, as per title, my spellcheck is enabled but it doesn't work and the right-click contextual menu does not appear but this happens only when I write emails on the GMAIL webapp.

I have the checkbox in the settings ticked. I have the about:config layout.spellcheck entry set to 2. I have installed multiple dictionaries (and yes, they are dictionaries and NOT language packs).

Even if all looks correct, the spellcheck doesn't work; moreover, the contextual menu that should appear when I right-click to select the language is not there.

I mean, it works whilst I am writing this message but not on the GMAIL webapp.

I am on Windows. On the same machine I have 2 accounts (one personal and one for work) and the other account works flawlessly on the GMAIL webapp.

Am I missing something?

I have enabled the "Reduce motion" in macOS to limit animations when using app exposé or switching between desktops. Firefox seems to read this option from the OS and limit its animations, such as the loading animation shown next to a tab description when loading a window.

Is there an option to ignore the OS settings and enable all animations in Firefox?

I visited the website https://quantumbridge.app and somehow it installed something into my Firefox so that the website loads on my toolbar as an icon for a couple of seconds and then disappears. I have tried turning all of my extensions off and it still appears. I have tried researching how to fix this but I have had no luck.

When I sign in to a website I check the box saying 'remember this computer' but FF doesn't seem to allow this. I have to go thru the security login every single time, like when signing in to a google account. It works on Chrome but not FF.

This may be related: sometimes the page displayed on FF doesn't function as it should. Example: I was using Quickbooks online and when I clicked the HELP button nothing happened. I thought it was an Intuit problem until I used Chrome and found the HELP button worked.

To whom this may concern, I am requiring about getting back bookmarks I recently just lost. I had a list close to 3000 of them, however I reformatted my PC and found out there weren't being synced recently and don't have the bookmark backups in my file list anywhere. Have tried many data recovery software to no avail, if there's a possibility I could have access to my last few bookmark updates to the cloud that would save many headaches Thanking you

In the image below you will see a large photo with thumbnails to its left. I should be able to "mouse-over" the thumbnails to access the related image, or simply click it... but yesterday that all stopped working in Firefox. I just installed "Brave" and it all works fine. Was there an update change that could cause the function to stop working? I had issues with my computer which got me into a situation where i had to delete all partitions of my drives, starting from 0. Signing in my firefox account in a fresh win install suddenly recovers NOTHING and i am now panicking as i had very important accounts & passwords, bookmarks, tabs, extensions, etc. I have tried other devices too without any luck. I need help recovering all these asap.
