I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

Hey there. To get straight to the point, whenever I am watching a YouTube video on Firefox in full screen, every so often the screen goes black then slowly fades back in. I have no idea how to fix this issues and it is not my computer that is causing it (doesn't happen on other browsers, my computer was tested for a variety of problems and nothing was wrong, etc). I have also looked through Firefox Reddit help pages and the support articles on the Firefox support website but have found nothing to help. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated! This is my Mac Monterey. My Windows 10 is in Safe Mode With Networking. The last update will not download. That version is 125.0.3. What's available under Windows updates does not download either. Now I am running my antivirus on my Windows to see if it runs clean. I do not know why I cannot apply these updates.

When I click on a new tab, I get this black Google Search page, which I want to go to open my homepage. When I click on home, it does open my homepage. The image is attached. Any help on how to get rid of it would be appreciated. I do use New Tab Override, but it doesn't seem to be working.

I'm trying to use the built-in PDF Editor features after finding out about it but every PDF file I open with Firefox has the options grayed out (as shown in the screenshot). What should I do to re-enable the features?

Several pages don't display properly. espn doesn't have a menu, cnbc displays and then goes blank, as do some articles on nytimes.com. These and other anomalies all work fine on safari. Any help greatly appreciated. Jim

When I'm in full screen mode, The Apple, "Firefox" "File" "Edit" "View" "History" "Bookmarks" "Tools" etc menu bar shows up at the top and won't disappear. On my iMac Pro, it doesn't show up. i.e. Off.

I can't figure out what is the setting to make sure it does not appear. I went digging everywhere and can't figure it out. If you could tell me what config, etc I'm missing I'd appreciate it.

My firefox is up to date: 126.0 (64-bit)

Since Firefox update to 126.0 yesterday, any video I try to view from the Eurosport website has lost about the top third of the video. Prior to the update, I didn't have this problem with viewing the videos in Firefox, and if I access the website and videos using the MS Edge browser, the videos display correctly. See screen shots below from Firefox and Edge.

How do I get the + sign back on my tabs? After latest update I can only close tabs instead of opening new tab, and I am talking about after opening several tabs. When I have seven tab open, I have to do ctrl+t to open new tab instead of just clicking on the + sign that use to be at end of tabs. Yes, I do use custom settings. This happened before but I was able to fix by going to tabs under about:config, but it seems the setting is no longer there.

I recently deleted pwnedpasswords.com from my cookies, as well as blocked this website; however, it keeps reappearing in my list of cookies.

I've never even visited this site (that I'm aware of), and it's a bit concerning to me.

In spite of clearing ALL my cookies (and blocking this website), it keeps appearing in my list!

Please advise :)

On my MacOS 10.15.7 system I upgraded from 125.0.2 to FF 126.0 this afternoon. When I started the new version of FF and acknowledged the "downloaded app OK" dialog all the tabs opened as expected except for WordsWithFriends (on Facebook). WWF draws the full board just fine but then throws a less than descriptive error message: "an error occurred. Please refresh." That is an infinite loop as it will return the same error no matter how many times retry is pressed. I logged out of FB and back in, just in case. No change. FB pages show fine, btw. Closed 126.0 and tried downgrading back to 125.0.2. That version with no longer load (or any of the previous four I had on hand). Consumes 100% of the CPU for about six minutes and then changes to Unresponsive in the Activity Monitor. WWF works fine in Safari and Chrome for what that is worth.

I have to install firefox new everyday on a library computer, (short answer mine was stolen and I can't replace it for now).

Anyway used to have no problem I would go in install firefox sign in and my bookmarks were repopulated. Today I installed firefox and nothing. No bookmarks, no add ons nothing its like a blank install with new profile.

I do not have a backup saved profile on this computer as it is a virtual machine and each day when it shuts down it wipes the programs and data installed. Because firefox repopulated the bookmarks each day when I re-installed it I was not aware I needed to create my own backup I assumed that it was just something in firefox that worked well and another reason why I prefere to use it.

Until today it was not an issue once I signed in everything would re appear but today its all gone. Is there anyway to recover this as it is very important that I do. I use these bookmarks a lot.

I made sure everything was synced and my account logged in prior to reinstalling windows. I log into the same account and nothing is there. Help! How can I recover the bookmarks and history that are clearly selected in my profile?

Firefox - latest version, in Win 11 updated version, on my home server, will not load google.com pages, but intermittently works OK - frustratng. Other browsers, eg. Edge and Chrome access sites as normal on my laptop on my home network. My laptop using Firefox will load google.com pages when on another network. Is it my server, or Google, or Firefox doing this ?? Please provide any advice on solving this problem.

FIREFOX won't print whole day of my google calendar - now it just prints when I get to the computer and print out the day - but then it skips the morning or night - BUT I can go to Chrome and it will print from 6am to 12midnight .... PLEASE get this fixed - such a pain to log in to another calendar/browser ETC all the time

After the last Firefox update: - i was logged out of my mozilla account; - i was logged out of my Facebook account; - i was logged out of my bluesky account; - i was logged out of my Facebook account; - my Instagram account is suspended;

yesterday morning all of these were logged-in and working fine.

Had to work for 30 minutes to re-log-in. And I cannot reactivate Instagram, I contacted support, nothing yet.

I have many rare bookmarks. This time I sell my old laptop and rent another laptop. The laptop rental a strange windows version (probably a hack one) and some strange apps (like 360 what what), I uninstalled the 360 what what apps. Then I downloaded and installed firefox and open all bookmarks become 365whatwhat. I did not care it so much, I logged in my firefox account, but the bookmarks did not change! I click sync, all the bookmarks are still 365 or 360 whatwhat. All my previous bookmarks are lost. How to recover?

i installed a add-on program however this icon for using is not shown on browser's menu bar. there is not on personal setting, so i cannot find how do myself. wat should i do?
