I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

I have been going to the same website using Firefox for a year or two and now when I go there the home page for the site shows up for a few seconds then disappears leaving a white screen. Once when I was backspacing there was a notice saying it had been deleted from it's cache and to reload which I did but nothing happened. I have also been using CCleaner and I have been cleaning the MFT free space for Drive C I've been doing that for a month or so and I'm wondering if that caused the problem? I wouldn't think so if it was the problem it should have happened the first time I used it and it should happen on my other browsers and it hasn't. It's only 2 web sites that I know of that have this problem there may be others but I haven't found them yet. How do I get FF to reload the site in it's cache and keep it there if this is a problem with FF? If this is a problem with CCleaner and the free space scan I'd like to know that. Recently (in the last week), Firefox stopped playing videos. Just a circle running around. Thought it might have been problems with a website, then a second and YouTube won't work. Fixes?

Firefox keep crashing when I use certain websites (realtor.com is one that comes to mind). I use a Macbook pro. I've updated my operating system, updated Firefox, and tried to use Firefox in troubleshooting mode. Everything is up to date, and the crashes still happen in troubleshooting mode. Hello, 1. How do I bring history back -since mid March - after a windows system reset and laptop clean up recently? I signed on but I cannot find the prior history nor tabs closed. I use Windows 10. 2. Why when I open a new tab, the 'profile or account' icon does not show my picture, so as to indicate that I am signed on? Each time a new tab is opened, Mozzilla does not recognize me!! 3. When I click on the account icon on the second row, instead of taking me to my account, it takes me to settings, Synch. 4. I have selected the dark mode - from customisation - but the first two rows are in light blue-gray color same as the task bar of Windows 10. 5. I tied to use the take a screen shot function to send you a screen shot of the page that appears in dark except the top rows, but when I click the screen shot icon - that I have placed in the second top row - it does not activate-work. 6. From the Menu some info shows in Greek although my selected language is English. Is it possibly due to my location, under the profile, being Greece? should I change it? I am sure I ll come across more issues, as it feels as I am driving a new car since the change and all is annoying Thanks

If I enter "na", the namu.wiki site, which I have never visited, appears as a recommendation. Even though I reset my visit history and settings, that site still appears as a recommendation. Is there a solution?

Firefox. LinuxMint 21.3 Cinnamon 6.0.4 , Google Mail Compose, Pressing and holding the arrow key moves the cursor one character at a time. Google Chrome works fine.

I cannot acccess firefox/mozilla support or vpn downloads on one of my devices which I am trying to download the vpn. I am logged into my mozilla account on the device but either bing or mozilla may be preventing me

since my last upgrade 124, I cannot open most of the shortcuts on my desktop What can I do to stop this I get the NON COMPATIBLE ERROR msg If I go to OPEN WITH... and use another browser, it opens. Do I need to delete firefox and go to another browser??

I am facing issue while downloading files in Firefox Private Browsing. Whenever I download my PDF files, as soon as I close the browser window, the files also get deleted automatically. What should I do to rectify this issue.

Have just noticed that there are no longer green Norton check marks against web results. Have spent all morning in live chat with Norton. They say it is the way it has been set up. Very disappointed as they check marks were very useful.

When using the CPU, the browser runs at 144 fps, but if I switch to the GPU, it becomes 60 fps. I tried switching GPUs for firefox in the nvidia control panel and Windows graphics settings - nothing helped. Are there any solutions?

Hi, I seem to be increasingly having problems logging into some sites. Mostly it seems to be football sites - https://supercoach.heraldsun.com.au/afl?destination=%2Fafl%2Fclassic&apiIdentifier=afl_classic and https://www.fanfooty.com.au/. Both are working fine in Chrome with the same username and password. Recently I couldn't log into my AGL electricity account, then suddenly, it came good on it's own. I have cleared the cookies but that didn't help. Cheers, Ian.

So, I tried to download a video from my YouTube Premium Account. According to the youtube webpage, that video was downloaded to my iMac. My FF 124.0.1 settings are set up to download to the Desktop. I am running Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1

Yet the file is not there. I tried searching on the Support page for FF. Lots of articles but no real help. Tons of info about how to tweak the download but Nothing about Where that download ended up. I did give Permission in Settings for youtube.com to download to my iMac, but again, I can't find the file. In the Storage section, it shows 37.5 MB, so it should be on my iMac, right?

How is it possible for youtube.com to show that I downloaded the file but I can't find it?

I am totally at a loss. Never had anything like this happen before. Prior downloads have Always shown up on the Desktop.

Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.

1. When I am video chatting on FB Messenger, I can see myself, and hear the other person, but I can't see them. I use Firefox as my default, and don't like using edge, but this is not an issue on edge, so I've resorted to using edge for this function until I can resolve.

2. I have 3 gmail accounts. One is my primary, 2nd is used for subscriptions and memberships, 3rd is one of my businesses. For some reason when I navigate to my business one from my primary, AND I just checked....going directly to my business one, it won't open. The others work fine.

Please advise what I need to do.

Restarting computer did nothing Force quitting and restarting Firefox did nothing Turning off HTTPS mode only did nothing Firefox customer service on X doesn't give a rat's ass about helping me
