I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of this BROWSER HIJACKER. It just seems that I can't get rid of it. When I try a simple search on the search bar, it redirects to "BING". I just tried searching travel, and this is where it took me: "https://www.bing.com/search?ptag=ICO-86655dbd68d344bb&form=INCOH1&pc=1AWL&q=TRAVEL"

I don't have anything against MIcrosoft, but don't want to always go to a BING site. Once I hit the enter button, it says "redirecting....." Anyone know of an answer for me?

For a while now, several bank credit card sites are not working correctly when I use my Firefox browser. It did in the past and I didn't have any problems but lately I'm having these problems happening on sites I've used for years. If I use another browser it will work with no problem. In fact after talking with some of the support people at some of the sites that won't work, the suggest trying another browser which works fine. I'm talking like American Express' website which I use a lot. There are other sites other than credit cards that are not working correctly and again, their support agent will tell me to use another browser. I have tried different remedies like clearing cache, history, etc. I only use few addons like AdBlock which helps to cut down on trackers and information gathers. I have set my preferences to clear out my history and cookies. I have used Firefox for so many years without problems and with the same addons without any problems. So what is causing this to happen? I do enjoy using Firefox but if I have to keep changing over to another browser so sites will work, then maybe it's time for me to stop using Firefox.

Our office uses a cloud-based database. Mozilla won't allow me to "check" boxes to do database searches for specific things. Google works fine, Edge works fine, but not Mozilla. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks!

The title describes the problem I'm facing. I don't really use other sites that have videos other than Youtube. But I notice that the videos freeze quite often and audio just continues to play. The videos then unfreeze and skip multiple frames. I've noticed clearing browser cache seems to help but it doesn't help for longer than a 2 min video at best. At worst, it doesn't affect it at all.

I have Firefox set to open on the default home page with 2 rows of shortcuts. After an update yesterday, all my shortcuts disappeared on my work computer. They are still there on my laptop however. I tried to sync, no go. I have tried to re-add the shortcuts manually and it won't save it. It is important that I fix this as I have several tabs open and signed it to different websites that I work with and this saved me a lot of time.

Can anyone help me out and others on this matter? several months ago appears FB decided to screw everyone over by arbitrarily forcing auto refresh. If you're reading something long and or have to step away for a moment it is gone.

Some have posted for chrome they have an extension that stopped it. The only one on FF does not work. I tried it, does nothing at all. Time for FF to fix this issues allowing you to turn it on or off at my will.

Whenever I go to a Google page (tested on Google.com Docs, Sheets, Forms) the page crashes. The issue started sometime around this afternoon.

Yesterday, the pdf document had a time/date stamp for the time and date of printing. Today it is gone. How do I make the printed copy show time/date, website, etc that I am printing the pdf from?

I was able to get rid of remembered user id data in Chrome (delete site data) with no problems, but have tried all I can find in Firefox with no luck. Please tell me how to do it. There is no saved login data in Firefox and deleting site data does not help. Thanks, John.

I encounter this error only on my.nintendo.com. However nobody else I know encounters this (even using Firefox) and I do not encounter it on Edge browser.

When I open the site it stays for a few seconds, then loads an error page. Then this error page reloads itself every few seconds. I tried to include some Inspect tool details. Before a 404 error there are 303 and 302 responses. I live near my friends who do not have this issue (same ISP too) so it's not a regional issue. In the screenshots the four (and two more further down) red GETs below are all "304 Not Modified" status'd

I'm not sure what type of info I can dump from the browser or how, to help diagnose this. I'm on Windows 11 (though I was having this isue on my dual-booted Linux install too), on version 121.0.1 (see screenshot of About Firefox for more?)

Here is a rather long winded explanation of my problem initially prepared for an email to Firefox until I found out that was not a possibility. Hello Agent, I have a problem with Firefox described as follows: I have an account with a company called Eversfield Organic an organic meat company. They have a facility whereby the delivered cold packs and insulating material can be returned to them via DPD free of charge. To achieve this a form has to be completed on Eversfields site to enable a returns label to be printed. When attempting to complete this form one line of this form will not accept an input. This item is called the “Country” which should read “United Kingdom”. I cannot input this manually or by my password manager “RoboForm” which temporary inputs United Kingdom until I release the mouse button when it goes blank again. I have tried the Google Chrome and Opera browsers which work perfectly using this system. So logically it would appear that there is a fault with Firefox which is a shame since it is my preferred browser. It would be appreciated if you can provide a solution to this problem. Cox communications updated my internet from high speed cable to fiber. New fiber terminal, wire, and box at the side of the house. My desktop (windows , pc) can no longer access google search and gmail from firefox (all other websites work). However I can access google search and gmail from edge and chrome from the same computer.

Hi, I used to be able to go to my email with Foxfire Mozilla with one click. Now I have to go to gmail, click on user name, insert my password twice, and then go to my phone to click on "yes, it is me" and sometimes before that enter a code, and then go to update securty all before I can read my email. I don't need any of this; I am the only user of my account and the only person who uses my computer. I am very unhappy with this. Also, just recently I now have lots of popups, most about music. It isn't even advertising, that I could understand, just annoying boxes of useless information that I have to dismiss. What is going on?,
