I lost the tray at the bottom of my screen - how do I get it back?

I have a document that allows me to extend the page for supporting information. However when I move the up/down bar the original document moves but there is no way to mo… (funda kabanzi)

I need to get into my Firefox Settings, then Privacy & Security, Cookies & Site Data to Clear Data

Mozilla Vpn tells me i'm not connected to internet, so i am, and it do not start.
