I have been going to the same website using Firefox for a year or two and now when I go there the home page for the site shows up for a few seconds then disappears leaving a white screen. Once when I was backspacing there was a notice saying it had been deleted from it's cache and to reload which I did but nothing happened. I have also been using CCleaner and I have been cleaning the MFT free space for Drive C I've been doing that for a month or so and I'm wondering if that caused the problem? I wouldn't think so if it was the problem it should have happened the first time I used it and it should happen on my other browsers and it hasn't. It's only 2 web sites that I know of that have this problem there may be others but I haven't found them yet. How do I get FF to reload the site in it's cache and keep it there if this is a problem with FF? If this is a problem with CCleaner and the free space scan I'd like to know that. Hello, Firefox keeps signing me out of Google websites like google.com and youtube.com when I close out the browser. I recently switched from Google Chrome and was wondering if this was a Google issue or if it was Firefox. It only keeps me signed out of Google accounts, and keeps me signed in for every other website. I have the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" box unchecked and it still keeps me logged out, and I have "cookied" unboxed in my Clear History settings as well. I'd like to have this issue fixed as soon as possible for school-related reasons.

Macbook Pro, Sonoma 14.1.2. I updated Firefox in the beginning of March. Since then it will not allow me to access site on the internet when I have ExpressVPN enabled. ExpressVPN works with Safari. I have spent over an hour working with a VPN tech. It's fine. The only change was updating Firefox. Since then I have removed and re-installed both Firefox and ExpressVPN. How do I resolve this?

At one site that I visit daily where multiple pictures sometimes can be scrolled horizontally, I can't scroll down or up with the keyboard. The Page Up/Down keys change their functions and scroll the pictures horizontally instead of making the page scroll up or down. I have to use up/down arrows until I reach a point where there are no multiple lateral pictures to get the expected function from the scroll keys. Is there a setting or other way to prevent horizontal scrolling using the Page Up/Down keys?

Outlook.live.com disrupted by Mozilla multi-container extension. Loads fine when extension off. When extension is on, shortcut that normally loads outlook already signed in now brings you to main microsoft sign on page, but starts launching multiple tabs ad infinitum after you log into that page. Works fine on Brave and other browsers. Started about a month ago. I see no recent complaints in searches. None of the fixes offered in older queries found in searches worked. Are Microsoft and Mozilla having a data access battle? How do I fix this? Really don't want to reinstall Firefox - this will involve hours of re-configuring. Thanks.

I've used Google Maps 3d on this machine before. I don't use it all the time. Not sure at what point it stopped working, but sometime in the last 3-6 months.

Google Maps shows the Global View as greyed out so I'm unable to use 3D. Did a test on https://get.webgl.org/. I see the spinning cube.

Any suggestions?

Hello, I try to install extensions but when I click on the jigsaw icon it doesn't display the menu where you can pin extension to the toolbar but it brings me to the extension repository where you can install extension. It is weird because before it works suddenly it doesn't anymore. I see this error in the console, don't know if related

Hello,i got windows Windows 10 Pro 22H2 and latest mozilla version,just noticed my total ram usage with mozilla launched is up to 12gb. After closing the browser im getting around 10gb ram usage. After restaring my computer im getting 3.5gb ram usage totally without mozilla started. After i start to use mozilla,my ram usage increases up to 12gb,sometimes higher,again if i close it totally,im not getting 3.5gb ram usage BACK for some reason,only a couple of gigabytes (same gigabytes resource monitor shows for mozilla),so Mozilla continue to use loads of ram and i dont see it uses someting in the monitor. So i need to restart my computer each time i close Mozilla if i want to have normal ram usage,thats awful. Screens are included. Regards

I used System Restore in Windows because I lost my Search Engine in Firefox and it didn't exist in "Customize Toolbar" option. I researched how to get the Search Engine back but nothing worked. I thought System Restore would solve the problem. Now I can't restore my previous Firefox session. And I can't find a sessionstore.jsonlz4 file. I read you have to rename a file in sessionstore-backups folder to sessionstore.jsonlz4 but I don't know which file to rename. I also read you can restore a recent upgrade.jsonlz4 but that is dated 3/5/24. I loaded previous.jsonlz4 file using the Scrounger tool but that didn't restore the session I had. (The previous.jsonlz4 file is dated 3/22/24 about 45 minutes ago.) I want to restore the session I was using earlier in the day. And "Restore Session" option has disappeared from the Firefox History dropdown menu. I tried the "Restore Firefox" option but that didn't help anything and it made my dropdown menus disappear. I have no idea how to get the session back that I was using earlier in the day.

In the most recent version of the firefox when I switch to full screen other displays go blank. I'm using firefox on a macbook and before updating firefox I had no problem.

Why do pdf bookmarks with # and the name of the bookmark like #chapter 1 not work? Bookmarks with # and page=3 work correctly. The bookmark-names works in chrome and edge.

Every time I turn on my computer or try to access G Mail and Google Calendar, I have to sign in. This did not happen in previous versions (I am now using 124.0).

Can anyone explain why this is so? I am missing something?

Will appreciate any guidance to solve this issue.
