Hello,

I am having a problem with Gmail and its interface.

I am not able to click on any buttons and icons in Gmail because I dont see them or they are unclickable.

I am using Firefox, the latest version. I was trying to log in in Chrome and Explorer and I didnt have any problem wiht Gmail. I have tried to reinstall Firefox, twice and also deleted cache and cookies. It didnt work.

I have tried also look to other similiar topics: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1253059 and none of that helped.

When I try to reply to an email, nothing happens-it says loading in the reply box but doesn't load. The error says to reload the page or go to the basic setup. I tried reloading the page and also restarting my computer. Neither one worked. Hope someone knows what's causing this and how to fix it. thanks, Art

Saw Classic choice on my email page and clicked on it to check it out. Didn't want it but cannot find a way to restore previous layout. Then I noticed my email is not loading in anymore. Help!

I can do everything in my email account but compose an email in html. I've talked with Hughes.net and they directed me to you. I have uninstalled mozilla and re installed it, cleared cookies and cache nothing seems to fix the problem. It works with Google Chrome but I don't really like Chrome. I prefer Firefox Mozilla. Please don't force me to use Chrome!!!!!! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot access my hotmail account via firefox, but have checked and there is no problem with my hotmail account, i can access it via other web browsers. Can anyone offer any help as to what the problem might be?

Hello, need help. Is there any add-on what works and can see if the recipient opens Gmail email. Only what is works was https://mailtrack.io/en/ but they didn't support Firefox any more Thank you

When using Mozilla Firefox for Gmail (and Startmail), when clicking on file icon to ADD a file to the email, it brings up file window, but then freezes, crashes. Ironically enough it works with yahoo.

It used to work fine if I just dragged the file into the email, but now that isn't working either. Never fully loads the file. So then the spinning wheel of death comes, then I have to quit firefox and then crash report comes every time and asks for me to restore the tabs if i want. It's a major pain.

I tried with IE and it works just fine, so it's definitely Firefox.

I have the latest version of Firefox for MAC

There used to be a Firefox helper program called "mailto webmail" that did this, but it does not work with Firefox Quantum. Then, for a while, a similar feature was built into Firefox, allowing the easy selection of "AOL Mail" or "AIM" as one of the choices to get to this result. Now, the only webmail link choices that I see listed in Firefox are to Gmail and Yahoo. There is a box to type in others, but I have no idea what to specify to get the AOL "compose/send email page" to be used by Firefox (current version) instead of Gmail or Yahoo. Also, the AOL page that opens should be the "Compose/Send email" page and not the email inbox page! Thank you.

I can see that the email I drafted is in "Drafts" - but cannot open the draft to work on it. What pops up is "compose" new message . This is after I followed instructions to "fix slowness". Infuriating, I need it now, and I don't see any "help" to fix it.

Hi. I upgraded to the latest firefox recently. Now I cannot click on the settings or account info etc

I usually hold the mouse on the gear icon and it drops the options and you place pointer on the "settings" and it supposed to change to the "mouse hand" to be able to click

Using hughesnet.net for email. When I install latest update for firefox it kills my ability to REPLY to any email as the text box will not open. I can receive emails. I can send an attachment to a blank email. I can not type anything into the reply text box. Please fix it.

I use Zimbra to access my email. It has always worked fine in Firefox, but suddenly on 5/22, and to the present, I can receive email but can't send or forward. It works fine with Google Chrome. I would like to keep using Firefox. Any suggestions?

My OS is Win7 ultimate 64-bit. I have both Mozilla 40.0.3 and Thunderbird 38.2.0 as default browser and mail client, resp., and set Thunderbird to handle all protocols it can manage through windows control panel. Nonetheless, when I click in Firefox onto a mailto: link nothing happens. Any idea of what could be wrong? Thanks Dario

About 3 weeks ago, I started having issues with accessing folders in Outlook live. I can get to my Inbox folder, but when I click on sub-folders, it just keeps loading. On occasion, I am able to get in to one or more sub-folders randomly. I uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox, cleared cookies and cache, gone through folders and deleted as much as I could (on another browser, that will let me access those folders). Since I can access these folders via another browser, it appears to be a Firefox issue. Any help is appreciated.

After the last Firefox update I now have the login page for my Gmail account pop up twice. I login on the first page and instead of going to my Gmail it goes back to the Gmail login page. It never used to do that so why all of the sudden does it do that now? It's extremely annoying! This only happens on my desktop PC. It's fine on my iPad and iPhone. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

After months, maybe even years of seeing banners on Firefox saying things like PROTECT NET NEUTRALITY, Firefox now seems to be exploiting the end of Net Neutrality by throttling Yahoo. The last Firefox update did not even include Yahoo and a possible browser. I had to go through a bunch of mumbo jumbo I found on another website to find out how to add Yahoo as a browser in Firefox. Here's the news: I have had Yahoo Mail for 15 years. Now I can't access it. I can't even confirm my registration to this forum BECAUSE I CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAIL ACCOUNT. Naturally, this pisses me off. Fix it.

Whenever I open my mail acc I get this message :The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop3.telkomsa.net responded: No such blob: mailbox=56789, item=416660, change=218280

Since last week I cannot attach a file in Yahoo mail using Firefox, but I still can in Chrome. Everything in Firefox is up to date. It's annoying have to switch browsers every time I need to send a file. How can I fix this?
