Hi,

i want to autoupdate firefox silently on a bunch of servers. When the mentioned settings are in place i'm still promted to update firefox when opening it. This isn't possible for the users as this is something a systemengineer should do. Is there anything i'm missing for a silent autoupdate? There is no JSON file in place. these settings have been distributed by a GPO.

I'm getting errors when trying to make online card payments with Firefox. Things like, Invalid card number, not being able to type number in box provided, (No Cursor). It works ok on some sites but not others. However, if I switch to the Edge browser all transactions work perfectly. This has been happening for some time (Windows 11). I'm thinking this could be a bug but not sure.

For the past 3 months or so, anytime I try to login to Sony Playstation website I can't get past entering my email. After putting in my email and hitting next the website slows and firefox slow crashes. I have to force firefox to close. I have tried leaving a message to Playstation Twitter support. I've noticed their sign in page has change a few times recently so I wonder if it's an issue they caused. Either way it would be appreciated if it was looked into. Always feels like a lot of websites only care about chromium. By the way it works fine on edge or chrome. It also does not work with private browsing, so I don't think it's my extensions or cookies. I have also tried multiple computers.

Hi everybody, since yesterday I cannot use DeepL Translate on Firefox: most of the functions are blocked. I cannot sign into the website or download the app, and most of all the translation function is not available. I have checked uBlock but it doesn't seem to be related to the problem. No problem with any other websites, it's just DeepL. I have not changed any of my privacy or cookie settings, so I don't understand why all of sudden it's no longer working. I can use it in Chrome but I would prefer to restore its functions in Firefox, which is my main browser. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Have a good day.

This problem occurred recently and it's quite a pain in the ass. I'm using Macbook Pro 14 inches with M1 Max chip. Lately when I work, I have to open quite many urls at the same time, and my mac went crazy hot because of firefox's insane cpu usage. I tried what's suggested to turn off the acceleration mode, but still, nothing changes.

Is there still anything I can do to resolve it? or I just switch to other browser?

I have reinstalled and refreshed the app many times, but whenever I try to search something, it says "An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. This happens with every single search on every website, not just google.

I have been using Firefox Mozilla for many years. This morning it opened up fine. Then this afternoon (Dec 7, 2023) it would not open for me and when I try to open a new tab it says that it crashed.

I looked and I do have Firefox as my start up browser in my settings. Thank you for any advice on getting back to my favorite browser.

I really didn't want to make an account and synchronise.... I only use the passwords on this machine. But I do need to view them all in.

So, set that all up, synchronised...even rebooted. But still can not see my passwords? I'm logged into several sites...auto logged in every time. Just that I have forgotten what some of them are....Firefox knows? But still won't let me see or download them.

I also can't seem to find my logins.json file...but it must be somewhere as firefox has remembered all the passwords!

says 'No synchronised logins found.'

I'm also on linux here if that matters. Seems to be a bug or i'm not doing that I do need to do?

How can I block the dropdown video miniplayer in Firefox 120.0.1 on Windows 11? It doesn't happen in MS Edge.

I've already set the following with no results:

Is there a setting that I've missed? Can the miniplayer somehow be blocked using userContent.css? Can the miniplayer be totally removed from Firefox?

I know this may not interest you, but it really bothers me that I can't share the page with sound. Please help me if possible or add such an option. For now, unfortunately, I have to use other browsers that have these functions. Regards

How exactly do I turn off ad blockers in Firefox? I clicked on "Firefox Focus For iOS because there is not an option for help when I am on a desktop, using Windows 8.1.

1) Firefox advertised free apps when you signed up for vpn. However, when I signed up for vpn, I didn't get any apps. Did I do something wrong? Why didn't I get the free apps? 2) I don't seem to be able to add the VPN two other computers. It seems to want to sell me (Again) the VPN. I don't want to buy it again, just add my existing VPN to other computers. 3) I have some Macs that run Parallel's. Do I need to add Firefox VPN do the Windows that is running on Mac. Or, does my Mac Firefox VPN somehow protect the windows without adding a separate VPN on windows?
