Hello, After the last MacBook Pro M4 update my tabs keep disappearing. This is quite ANNOYING as I use ALL my tabs. Plus when I go to HISTORY there is NO Restore Previous session...so I am losing EVERYTHING. Do I just need to go out to another browser and make them my default? I can find NO help when I go out to your support for my problem. Thank you, Patty

The "restore previous session" function stopped working today. My privacy and security sessions are set to REMEMBER HISTORY. I have restarted my Mac. I have the latest version of Firefox. Why does it no longer work?

I am unable to remove add on themes. The remove button is not provided. Only manage which enables the theme. I do not want these themes and want them removed now. mac ios

Is your VPN a scam? Every time I turn off my computer it disappears leaving no trace. Same on my iphone as soon as I close the app it shuts off. What did I pay for please respond or refund my money

Background: I need to run an enterprise web app on selected PCs and Macs, the browser will not be used for browsing, do not highlight security risks.

I must absolutely use Firefox 48 because it is the latest version to support showModalDialog()

I installed Firefox 48 on Windows and everything is ok, it works as it should.

On MacOS Sequoia, on the other hand, Firefox starts, the menus in the “Apple” bar at the top are usable, but the browser window is totally transparent, only the border and title bar are slightly visible.

I read on the support forum that it might be enough to disable hardware acceleration, but I can't do that because the options page doesn't even show!

I tried to search for it online but i wasn't able to find any because the software i have for firefox now won't let me open some pages on websites because i have a old version firefox software. I use google meet at work. Up until recently, things were working ok. Starting a few weeks ago (there were updates both to MacOS and Firefox), when I was in a meeting, the other side couldn't hear me even though meet said that my microphone wasn't muted. I then switched the meeting to Safari, and had no problems. I also noticed that when the remote party did a presentation, it did not show up when running on Firefox, but switching to Safari it worked. This is clearly a bug (or a miscoordination between Firefox and MacOS). Has anyone else encountered this? I'm running on a M4 MacBook running MacOS 15.3.2 and Firefox 136.0.1

My upper Apple menu is not visible unless I move the cursor up to the top of screen. This is the menu bar which includes the File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Window, Help, icons and clock. I can't find how to correct this.

I got a password manager app but ended up uninstalling it. In the process, the normal insertion of my user name and password on accounts I use no longer happened. The information is still in my password file on my iMac, but when I access, for example, my bank, I have to enter my user name and password by hand. Before I tried the password manager (Roboform), there was no problem.

We have two Macbook Air computers, both using Firefox. On one of them the cursor no longer works on a particular website. Both laptops have Firefox 301.03.

The website tech help said Firefox was not compatible with their site but the problem is only one of the computers. What could be causing the problem?

I contacted Apple and they couldn't fix Firefox not working on my MacBook Pro (error: page can’t be displayed, server error). This started after I upgraded to iOS Sequoia 15.0. I disabled my VPN and also reinstalled the Firefox app and it is still not working. Apple says Mozilla may need to release a new update. Please advise what you or I can do to fix the issue. Note: I can access the Firefox page using Safari and Edge so it’s not an internet connection issue.

I have a new MacBook Air with the M3 chip. I cannot login to my Costco account on this Mac. I can log in using my old MacBook and my iPhone. I am using the same settings as the ones on my old Mac. What seems to be the problem? Is it the new chip?
