Hello, I use both Firefox and Firefox developer edition and in both (different accounts, not synced) in my Firefox I set Persian as an alternative language about a year ago now I can't remove it. The developer edition is just in English but the buttons and some of the text is in Persian (it's the same with Firefox) My laptops default language is English with only Persian keyboard. how can I fix this?

The YouTube videos load in troubleshoot mode, so I reopened Firefox and disabled all extensions. That did not help, so I uninstall all extensions. That does not work either. Other browsers work, but Firefox does not.

I bought a new laptop. I installed ZoneAlarm and Virus Protection for Windows 11 as I thought Maybe Wolf and Windows Defender might be the problem. I did everything suggested by Mozilla to get it to let me log on. To no avail.

I did everything. I still cannot get access to https://www.chewy.com - despite my logging in many many times. Please tell me how to fix this. This is STUPID!

This is the error message I keep getting: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.chewy.com/app/login" on this server.

I am having a problem with the Audio and Closed Caption The CC leads the Audio by 40 seconds to a minute. Very frustrating... I seem to only have this problem with HULU and Prime Video. All other streaming platforms work great. I am using Windows 7 64 bit

New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?

After the recent update, the display of my gmail is now so wide in the display window, I have to scroll to the side & back & forth etc. to view the contents of the email on that page. It is too wide to display properly. This is an issue I had with Google, which was why I was using Firefox. Now you are as annoying as they are. I can't just make the whole thing smaller & hope it fits, as I have vision problems & cannot read smaller print if I do that. Can't I just go back to the previous version? I don't know how to do a screen shot of my email inbox page to show you.

I just updated to the latest version of FIREFOX 114.0 on Ubuntu 22.04. However, whenever a website looks for the version it is reported as 86. I am not using the SNAP version and it does not show up in SNAP LIST. Several websites have rejected access because of an outdated browser. Is this a bug or a setting that needs fixing? I have been using gmail through firefox for years without problems. I have not recently changed in settings in firefox or gmail. Starting about two weeks ago, when I try to access gmail through firefox I only get a blank, white screen. No error messages. The only help articles I find are 8 years old and their trouble-shooting suggestions are not working. How can I regain access to gmail through firefox?

Norton sign in screen loops with Firefox, works fine with Chrome and Edge. Norton support level 2 has tried for may hours to fix but they have suggested contacting Firefox support as it is a cookie and site certificate issue with Firefox.

Although I have used Firefox for many years, recently I have been getting messages encouraging me to sign in to Mcafee virus protection although I have a perfectly adequate virus protection installed and this is recognised by Firefox. How do I stop these small messages that appear at the bottom right of the screen?

I currently have two (2) issues:

1) When I go to settings it says “Your browser is being managed by your organisation”. Except this isn’t my work PC, so I should be seeing this type of prompt. When I’ve googled this, it appears to be AVAST anti-virus, and people suggest deleting the policy register. I’ve checked my registry and can’t find such a policy.

2) I’m getting issues logging into iCloud saying that Firefox doesn’t support physical security keys?

I just got an add-on called LMMS Music Studio. But every time I click on their icon I am taken to something else called "https://www.offidocs.com/edit-lmms.php?username=810908&fileurl=newfileoriginal" Any ideas?

I would like to be able to reset links on a webpage to be as if I have never clicked on them, but I am unable to do so. I have tried:

-Resetting all of the cookies, history, etc for that individual website. -Removing the URLs from the links in question from my browser history. -Downloading this extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/remove-visited-link/ and using it -Going into settings and changing the visited link color.

Nothing has worked so far. One thing about the website in question is it has its own unique color for visited links---I am wondering if that is causing this? Additionally, this persists whether or not I am signed in to this website.

Well, this is not much support question, but I didn't found better place to ask.

Why is this nice feature disabled by default? It is disabled by default not only in Firefox, but also in other major browsers like Chrome, Edge, or Opera.

If I wanted to activate it (Because it is nice feature), then I must press F7, or click on checkbox in settings.

If you don't know what I'm talking, then it is the "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" option.
