Hello Mozilla Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with our web-based fleet tracking platform ([https://gpscompany.ae) on Firefox Desktop. When accessing the live tracking dashboard, real-time telemetry data (such as vehicle temperature and location updates) sent over WebSockets fails to update or disconnects frequently after a few minutes of inactivity. Here are the details of the issue: 1. The WebSocket connection opens successfully initially, but stops receiving live data payloads after some time or when switching tabs. 2. The same application works without any issues on Chromium-based browsers, maintaining a stable real-time connection. 3. Clearing cache/cookies and running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode (with add-ons disabled) did not resolve the issue. Is there a specific Firefox setting (such as Network/WebSocket timeout limits or Enhanced Tracking Protection settings) that might be throttling or dropping long-lived WebSocket connections in the background? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
