Hello, when browsing gallery sites, well, i actually only have one in mind (NSFW https://hitomi.la), each time i move to the next picture previous, picture disappears then there is site background, but only for a moment, then the next picture appears, thus creating flickering effect. Its different from slow loading. It only happens on next unloaded picture, meaning, that if i move back and forth between already loaded pictures then everything is fine. Other browsers, Edge and Chrome, doesn't have that problem, they load pictures seamlessly.

I was wondering if i can do something in about:config, but i have no idea what to change. I also tried disabling hardware acceleration, but it made it even worse.

you want to make firefox Great again and not a pile of miss place cluttered garbage like it is now this is what need to be done so at least some people can have a beautiful browser just they way they want it ....

delete !!!!! reader icon, the star icon, the double arrow icon from top right hand corner of my browser ..

THEN put EXTENSIONS ICON in HAMBURGER MENU where it should be PUZZEL ICON in HAMBURGER MENU also put CUSTIMIZE TOOL BAR icon IN HAMBURGER MENU TOO ... that give a clean start for ........?

just put all your little icons in customized tool bar icon (that will be in the HAMBURGER ICON ) and then give us the power to put what we want.. where we want them to be ...... if you dont want any icons they stay in customized tool bar menu never to be seen again instead of automatically putting it somewhere that will piss someone off ( fucking great idea right ? )... but i think the better option too permanently remove any icon i want from CUSTOMIZED TOOL BAR ICON menu would be better but i know people cant decide on there own so make a extension that if someone wants to delete a icon/function from customized tool bar menu we could get that extension and remove things our self's with a click or 2 , that would make the tool bar fully customizable no more automactilly putting new thing on tool bar and pissing people off just put a notice saying new options have been added to customized tool bar icon/menu in hamburger menu and they can move it to toll bar and use it if they like that option and other people dont have to waste time trying to figure out how to remove it and waste there valuable time ...... and everybody would be happy and firefox would be hands down the best browser period in my book and im sure many other people would be so happy !!!! ...

   then do not touch the drop down menu at the top left hand side of the browser do not remove or add anything too that menu ever its perfect !!!!

  p.s educated guessing is why browser is why browser is a mess now nobody want to put a foot down and do what needs to be done . well now you have a plan to make fire fox great for everyone ! i have more ideas but for now this is what needs to be done let freedom of choice be for everyone and stop this google mircosoft xfinity no choice this is how it is garbage ! you have work to do if you have questions feel free contact me !

Is anyone else having issues with some pages refusing to load over the last few days. My Gmail account and my Bank of America page became intermittent over the last few days and now simply refuse to load. Both readily load on my Android phone and also load on the computer in question with Microsoft Edge. Has there been an update I missed or any other issue with such pages suddenly becoming incompatible with Firefox?

Unable to use paypal on Firefox (136.0) for a couple days. Worked fine previously for years. Click on paypal payment link at multiple websites produces a window with spinning circle which eventually disappears. No transaction is recorded. I've checked with paypal, no issues with account and no record of failed transactions. I've deleted the history cache for paypal. Still doesn't work. Paypal does work with Chrome at same websites.

When I load the video the page loads like normal, all comments and everything is there except the video square is not there. cant see the video, anyhow. even if i move my mouse cursor on it on the start page, the little video wont play the preview. no video player at all. anywhere.

My search engine has stopped working. I just get blank pages when I enter any subject in the search bar. I am forced to open a private window which always works without issues. Closely related to this problem I believe, is the fact that any online forms I try to complete and submit will not submit. Again if I copy and paste the address into a private window, I can complete and submit without any issues.

It is getting very frustrating to keep having to go private windows.

When I open a new tab, it opens fine, I get all the articles as per normal. But when I enter my search criteria I get nothing (see attached screenshots)

I really need to use Firefox version 52ESR.MSI as I need to push it through Active Directory.

I have tried downloading the version from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.0.1esr/ ,however there is no MSI version that I can see.

I also tried downloading from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/desktop-esr/win64-msi/en-US/ but the last version is 115.

I also tried third party sites like oldversion.com but I couldn't find it.

Is there anyway I can get this version of firefox? It's really important to me.

Yahoo and facebook are not recognizing my device and always ask for me to sign in with 2FA...Facebook asked if I want this to be a trusted device - I select Yes and next time I log in, password and text code....Yahoo Mail the same...asking for 2FA. I did not ask to be cut on and cannot turn off!!!!

Depuis deux jours j'ai des problème de chargement et de fonctionnalités sur certains site:

Gmail.com ne se charge plus complètement. La barre de chargement de google workspace se charge lentement et ne termine jamais de se charger alors qu'en temps normal elle n'apparait presque pas à l'écran tellement elle est rapide.

Su le site de Volkswagen, le menu de navigation en haut à gauche ne s'ouvre plus.

Ces 2 sites fonctionnent parfaitement dans la fenêtre de navigation privée. Mais apparement dans une fenêtre de "navigation classique" cela est impossible.

Je n'ai pourtant pas fait de changement au niveau du navigateur. j'aimerais continuer à utiliser Firefox mais cela devient vraiment difficile de naviguer corresctement.

For over a week now yahoo finance and weather network for example will not fully load. Partial load looks normal and then constant cycling without completion. I have not made any changes at my end.

Since the last update, Firefox is not working properly. The search engine is completely dead, not working at all, and anything related to Google, like Gmail, never opens. I've tried several things, but nothing works.

I will stop using Firefox.

It is the end for me with Firefox, reason Sync and Bookmarks.

No matter what I do, every time I delete a bookmark, it instantly pops up back, duplicate bookmarks everywhere, delete them and they magically pop up again.

I researched the internet for months with no solution, I tried every solution that showed up in search results, nothing resolved the issue.

I even disabled sync, and yet the deleted bookmarks pop up again, I deleted ALL my bookmarks and like magic they are back.

So, after so many years I decided to find another browser that will not give me that much headache...

Recently switched from Chrome to FF on macOS. Running latest Sequoia 15.3.2, Firefox 136.0.2 (aarch64) on a Macbook Air M4.

Problem: When watching a video eg YouTube but including other HTML video, on Firefox where macOS is globally muted and scrubbing through the timeline using the arrow keys, or starting a video mid-way, the audio briefly cuts in (less than a second) and quickly mutes again. I was surprised by this as I expected with macOS globally muted, no application would be able to make any sound.

This behaviour is limited to Firefox and persists with all extensions disabled. macOS is stock with Sound output set to the built-in Macbook Air speakers. No other sound drivers e.g. Soundsource or a USB audio interface have been installed. The laptop itself is brand new and stock.

Can anyone explain why this might be happening?
