Since about one year I am unable to use Japanese input only in Firefox. When I try to switch with fcitx and control+space, nothing happens. However, fcitx-mocz works everywhere else on my computer (i.e. terminal, thunderbird, other browsers, etc.). Furthermore, I uninstalled fcitx and everything associated with it and reinstalled it according to this thread: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1367181 (just with mocz for Japanese). This also didn't change anything. Any help is appreciated! My system: Operating System: Linux Mint 20.3 Kernel: Linux 5.15.0-91-generic Architecture: x86-64 fcitx version: 4.2.9.7 Mozilla Firefox 121.0

Tiny URL is more useful than the rather silly 'Pocket' which just seems to be a page full of adverts

Hi there - I accepted Firefox's prompt to "refresh" the browser and had no idea it would take away my add-ons. How do I get these back? I don't even remember what they all were, but I know they made a huge difference and now I can't believe all the ads I'm seeing and then my "facebook container" (and other kinds of container tabs) is gone too! There is "show in folder" menu for file in downloads. And it will launch my file manager at the parent folder for the selected download file.
There are so many files in my downloads folder, so i would like the specific file to be autoselected. My file manager support this if i pass the filename as parameter in the commandline.
However, seems that firefox only pass the parent folder path to my file manager in the "show in folder". However can i customize firefox so that it will pass the full file name to my file manager when i click "show in folder", and my file manager will open the parent folder with the specific file autoselected.

FYI the same issue is not experienced in other browsers like brave for instance . I hope you provide attention to this problem and solve this issue as soon as possible and as I mostly use firefox to browse and use its dev tools.

For ages I've had my tabs automatically restored when opening Firefox. But as of the last few days it won't. The old links are saved so I can restore them one by one through history but that's not automatic. And if I click on restoration in History it will bring up a whole bunch of old tabs not neccessarily from the last session.
I'm on the same computer as I've been for over a year, so I don't know what what the problem is. I've searched on it and tried to re-check the box for this function. But it won't apply...
