1) Firefox advertised free apps when you signed up for vpn. However, when I signed up for vpn, I didn't get any apps. Did I do something wrong? Why didn't I get the free apps? 2) I don't seem to be able to add the VPN two other computers. It seems to want to sell me (Again) the VPN. I don't want to buy it again, just add my existing VPN to other computers. 3) I have some Macs that run Parallel's. Do I need to add Firefox VPN do the Windows that is running on Mac. Or, does my Mac Firefox VPN somehow protect the windows without adding a separate VPN on windows?

Hi. For some reason, I can no longer open Gmail through Firefox. I can open it on my phone, but not on my laptop. I can access other websites, just not Gmail. Looking online, it was suggested that I look in the privacy and security settings. But I don't see anything there about unblocking specific sites. Perhaps coincidentally, I recently reloaded a newer version of McAfee onto my laptop, so wonder if there could be some interaction going on with that.

I would appreciate any suggestions you can provide. Thanks!

For Securing my Apache server i have created a CA and from that CA i have created a self-signed certificate. When i add the certificate to the certificate manager and try to access my domain with https i am getting this warning 'Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead'. My certificate has enough validation. How can i get rid of this warning.

I no longer can use Firefox after years of being an avid user and supporter. I have followed all directions to enable the u2F extension. Have gone as far as reinstalling firefox. Are you going to fix the issue? If not I must discontinue which makes me sad.

recently got new hard disk installed , and using moyilla as browser ...previously i could shut down and get back to tabs and sites i was using on restart .... now i dont have that view and just get a long list on recently used tabs in toolbar,mozilla icon. How can i get those closed webpages, sites, back on screen all at once ? the history optionin side menu doesnt show any way to do this either...( i think it used to ) thanks calgar.

So I have the latest version of macOS Ventura, the latest version of Firefox, and the latest version of Roblox. Whenever I try to open a Roblox game from their website (yes, I know. Roblox now has the desktop app so you don't need the website to open a game), it opens the app, but not the link, which means it doesn't open the game :( Does anybody know how to get Firefox to open the link and not just the app? (Btw no hate on firefox)

Never had an issue with my Gmail sidebar calendar loading automatically on Firefox. With the latest Mozilla update to 114.0.2 for my Mac, the calendar sidebar flashes the calendar icon but fails to load. The other sidebar apps are functional. I can load my full calendar in a new tab with issue. Signed into my Gmail account on Chrome and Safari and the sidebar displays as it should.

DIRECTLY after 114.0.1 update, I get a CONSTANT UNENDING PROMPT telling me all about firefox , ON EACH AND EVERY SEARCH, I am here to find out how to remove this intentionally annoying, "thing" from MY PC(of course Mozilla couldn't be bothered to tell us they were installing a continuous advertisement for google, and FORCE installing it as search engine). I want this endless advertisement removed, post haste.

I have run across some sites - well, pages on sites - which seem to stall and lockup my entire laptop requir8ng a restart and quick kill of the page when I then restart FF. I want to be able to simply block such pages or, the domain where such page resides. I can see things like blocking tracking but nothing on specific dom8ns or urls.

The people who asked this question 3 years ago were given a "chosen solution", which didn't work then. And 3 years later the underlying problem is still not fixed. Last week I tried a new solution which meant messing around with the Firefox settings. And it worked - until the next time I restarted the computer.

I copy and paste in many of my activities, which interact with external websites e.g. discussion groups. The current frustration is a discussion about Adobe, which means copying text from one window to another. It does not happen. Unless this is permanently sorted in the next couple of days, regretfully I shall switch to a workable browser, e.g. Chrome. I cannot afford the waste of time repeatedly researching then not fixing a failing feature.

My computer 'guru' reinstalled Win10 in order to correct a serious problem. ALL of my programs were gone and I was left with a raw Win10. 6/12/2023 was last date prior to the disaster. I reinstalled Firefox. Using the "firefox.exe -p" I can only find the default profile. I DO HAVE a full backup done using the Win7 Backup and Restore feature. How do I resurrect my most recent profile? I will need to find the files(s) manually from the b/u. When I did a Full Restore the bookmarks didn't appear. Where and what files am I looking for?
