My shortcut display had frequently visited websites shown and these have been replaced by several sponsored shortcuts I am not interested in. Plus, my saved user names and passwords are not loading even though they are still stored. I don't understand what happened, why these have changed, or how to restore what I previously had on shortcuts. I am not a tech savvy person and am stumped and looking for help

Every time I turn on my computer Firefox wont open until I open Chrome at leats once, after I open Chrone I have no problem I can close it and continue to work in Firefox, but it is still a weird problem, I have also uninstall and reinstall Firefox several times but it doesnt fix the problem.

This is for https://outlook.live.com where I cannot access my full list of folders. I am using Firefox on Linux (in Fedora 34) and my scrolling feature hasn't been working for a few days now. When I search for an email in one of the inaccessible folders, the folder does appear.

As an idea... I added https://outlook.live.com to the pop-up exemptions, no luck.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Please turn off the download drop down menu that appears every time I do a download...if you cant do that then give your users the option of turning it off or on...

When I try to search or use Firefox it is extremely slow and I get an error. I used microsoft edge and do not have this issue. I am ready to stop using Firefox and got back to Microsoft Edge.

A lot of times while coding I press Ctrl+S to save Visual Studio Code and update live server (while watching on firefox the result). The problem is that when I'm focused on Firefox Ctrl+S pops up the Save Page window and (if I held Ctrl+S for more than a split second) it crashes (probably due to multiple popups becoming unresponsive). The mouse can't click to cancel the pop ups for saving the page nor interact it. I have to kill the firefox process and restart it. I've been looking into disabling Ctrl+S shortcut in Firefox with no success (extensions are deprecated or require too many permissions I'm not comfortable with).

Would someone help me to disable Ctrl+S or enlighten me on how to not have firefox crash every time I accidentally press Ctrl+S?

Hi I am using firefox in arch linux 5.17.9-zen1-1-zen kernel and after the new firefox update I can't right click in firefox. Whenever I right click the context menu shows up for 1 sec and then it automatically takes me to the previous page. Click on the image automatically prompts me to download it although I don't want to download the image. Is there anything I can do to fix the issue ?

I was about to add another folder into my personal bookmark folder and I don't know what I did, maybe by accident and now I can find that bookmark folder...What should I do? much thanks... MW

For the last several FF versions, although I choose a light theme, the pull downs/menus always wind up dark with white text. It also shows up when I am editing options in FF itself. How do I stop this? I want a light background with black/dark text.

When I try to load random web pages on some well known websites, some load, and then turn blank.

This happens at random, it seems. Most of my browsing seems to work fine.

Reloading doesn't help.

Troubleshooting mode doesn't help.

Only the bottom half of the "Reload current page" icon is active. Moving the pointer above this turns off the gray square around the icon turns off its functionality. Is there a hack which can fix this?

This is the second time in 4 months I've had this issue. The first time I resolved it by clearing my cache. That isn't working this time. I've looked at the help articles and clearing the cache is there. This is where I found it the first time. Any ideas?

I must have deleted??? my sent messages or moved them to somewhere. But they are ALL gone. where did they go? And most importantly, how do I get them back?

My DSL is Comcast Xfinity & I use Firefox is my browser. I also use MSN.

Every day I am interrupted by McAfee with daily notifications across my screen saying they have detected a virus and to sign up with them. I have NEVER been a customer of McAfee and would like these nuisances to stop. Is there a way I can ban them from my pc. Thank you.

Is it possible to change how long notifications stay on-screen for? I often find they stay on-screen for too long and would like to shorten the duration. I tried researching it, but couldn't find any answers.

Ok so I have posted this question a few times with help, but with no resolution. When I open FF I like it to open maximized. But every time it does open it opens in half or small window, if I hold the pointer over the maximize window it will give me the option to open it maximized. but then the same thing happens the next time I open it. It never remembers my preference. I have changed the code in settings to default and had some success with that, by what I mean it will open maximized once but then go right back to half or minimized the next time I open it. I have included a pic of the way it opens when launched. No matter what I do (stretching it, resize it, delete reinstall FF) nothing seems to work. Any thoughts
