Recent issue, last few days. Unable to access Microsoft One Drive online without first having to Refresh Firefox each time. It is then accessible for a short period of time before the address link again breaks down into an incomplete address that does not open One Drive. I've repeated this process a number of times and each and every time the only means of access to One Drive is by Refreshing Firefox. Access to One Drive is fine on other browsers. I've cleared the cache, and run Firefox in Troubleshoot mode, but the only thing that works, and does so consistently, is to first Refresh Firefox. It will then go to the correct address for One Drive for a short period of time, before again breaking down into an incomplete forwarding address. I prefer using Firefox, but regular access to One Drive, without all these unnecessary steps, is a requirement

I autoscroll, using the middle mouse button a lot. I middle click, release the button, and just move the mouse. To stop the scrolling I click the middle button again.

The problem is that in Twitter (only when using Firefox, not Chrome), and perhaps a very few other websites, if I make that second click (to end scrolling) over a link or linked image, the link opens (in a new tab). This is very frustrating, since I can move the mouse anywhere while scrolling, and I commonly mistakenly open links this way, interrupting my reading.

If I am *not* autoscrolling and middle-click on a link in Twitter, nothing happens. (Perfect!) But if I am autoscrolling the link opens (Bad!).

How can I set up Firefox to that the middle mouse button will never open links, and only function for scrolling?

I have the Download setting set to "Always ask you where to save files" and PDF handling set to to "Open in Firefox" if I now click on the download button in the opened PDF it automatically saves to the Download folder without asking, which is never what I want. If I set PDF handling to always ask, and open in Firefox from the dialog and press on the save button then I get asked where to save. This seems like a bug to me, as it is very surprising behaviour. Is there some way to always open the PDF in firefox but get asked where to save the pdf when pressing the download button in the PDF viewer?

How do I create multiple Firefox website shortcuts on the Windows 11 taskbar? I understand how and have created a single taskbar shortcut, but when I try to create another there is no "Pin to taskbar" option in the context menu when the shortcut is right clicked; there is only the "unpin from taskbar option".

For the last few days audio in firefox does not work at all, i searched your site for known solutions, uninstalled and reinstalled the firefox but it is still the same, i get normal audio from every other app/game just not from firefox itself. The day it happened there were no updates i did (both on my pc or the firefox ) i was just reading and playing some music on youtube, the music stops i go to check if it is the youtube are you still there message but there is nothing i can see the video playing but no sound, i then reinstalled my audio drivers thinking it was the windows problem that i had few times now but still no results. I checked everything that i could from my side and followed help from your support pages, and i am now out of options so i would appreciate a fast reply.

While I'm doing my emails, I get a yellow error message: this page is slowing down your browser. To speed it up, close this page. That's my hotmail inbox. Happens often. If I close the hotmail then reopen it it works ok for a while, then does that again. And in general it's slow. Feels like firefox and hotmail are at war with each other...

PL (Polish Language) Nie piszę dobrze po angielsku, więc znajdźcie kogoś kto zna język polski. 1. Główny problem dotyczy "obrazków" lub zdjęć czy też krótkich filmów (z tik toka, youtube, tweetera i innych podobnych) serwisów zamieszczanych na głównych stronach internetowych jak www.interia.pl podaję dodatkowy - przykładowy link, na którym NIE są wyświetlane prawidłowo wszystkie obrazki:

Chciałbym wyjaśnić, że nie ma znaczenia, czy mam jakiekolwiek dodatki włączone czy nie mam, efekt jest zawsze taki sam - brak obrazków!!!. Identyczne dodatki oraz identyczne ustawienia jak w "Firefox" mam także w "Opera" i tam wszystko działa.

Po prostu coś zjebaliście mości panowie przy tworzeniu przeglądarki, bo jest ten problem występuje już od kilku ładnych aktualizacji - cały czas.

2. Ponadto drugi problem to taki, że nie życzę sobie, aby Firefox dodawał przy aktualizacji lub instalacji cokolwiek do autostartu windows !!! zawsze będę usuwał wszelkie podprogramy, których sobie nie życzę z autostartu. Wystarczą Wasze gówniane rozszerzenia, których nie można w żaden sposób usunąć a których po prostu nie chcę w przeglądarce (Allegro, DuckDuckGo, Google, Wikipedia(En), Wolne Lektury)... po jaką cholerę to dodajecie?

How do I change my "saved" email Address in your browser? It currently has my very old email address: [edited email from public] @cox.net. Many websites display that old setting associated with my info/reply. In my canned responses, I can change/update my name, phone #, etc....but cannot repeat cannot change the email address. The block displays: [edited email from public] @cox.net. I have went to settings, privacy & security, etc in your application to search how I can update this Old Email Address. Your application always sends email to my correct address: [edited email from public] @gmail.com but when I reply to the site/request my response/page displays the old incorrect email. Please Please advise how I can correct this severe problem. It prevents me from donating to viable causes/programs because my reply lists my incorrect email address.....BTW I will be most most happy to donate to you guys if we can get this error corrected. Any time I visit a google page that has a map anywhere on it the page goes into a continual loop of refreshing until the google security page opens to make sure I am not a robot. When I click the captcha it reloads the page and the loop starts again. So then I entered about:config to turn autorefresh to false but it still does not stop the google page from a continual reload loop. What else can I do?

The warning "This file contains a virus or malware" keeps appearing from my downloads progress bar even though the files have been deleted and the download history has been repeatedly cleared. I've restarted my mac several times to no avail. Please can you help? Magnus

Unable to log into my Citizens Bank account. I keep getting an "Access Denied" "You don't have permission to access "https:citizensbank.com/HomePage.aspx" on this server." Tried updating Firefox and Troubleshoot mode.

I am currently using Firefox v. 100.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Home v. 21H2. Recently, I have been unable to get package tracking information from the website fedex.com, nor can I log into my FedEx account. When trying to track a package, the FedEx site displays the following message: "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later." Likewise, when trying to log in, the site shows this message: "We are having trouble establishing a connection. Please refresh the page." Repeated attempts in both cases have failed. In the past, the fedex.com site has functioned flawlessly with Firefox. Moreover, I do not experience either of these problems with Google Chrome.

Please advise.

Please tell me in simple terms how to reload if my Firefox drop down menu does not display this option...which is apparently crucial. Last couple days, two familiar web-sites have asked me to reload. Note: I read the two "help" instructions, both of which suggest clicking (somewhere) on "Customize," then following instructions which these two helpers provide. Problem: Just as drop-down menu for Firefox provides no "Reload" option, it likewise provides no "Customize" option.

When I try to reach Omahasteaks.com as I have been doing for a few years, I am now getting this message no matter what like I click on when I do my internet search for their related links. This just started about a week or two ago.

Our printers are added from a print server. FireFox is showing the full printer server path as the printer name. This is not good. Why is this happening? I have tried clearing the printer settings and re-adding the printers but this did not fix the issue.
