More of a bug that needs fixing, I have a hp elitebook x360 1040 and every time I fold my laptop to tablet, the browser crashes. I have to launch the browser again, kindly fix.

I used Firefox products very heavily for several years, but switched to chrome about a year ago for work compliance reasons. I tried to log back into my Firefox account using login information stored in my password manager, and I got prompted to make a new account. There seems to be no record of my old account, no saved bookmarks, passwords, or history with other products like Firefox Monitor. To my knowledge I never got a notice that my account was being terminated. Is it possible to recover my account?

Have multiple websites written in HTML which have always functioned well. EX: uscourt.com; medical-malpractice.com Now when opened with Firefox (not with other browsers), multiple aaaaxxx appear in front of many lines in text. Cannot get rid of such. Screenshot attached. My daughters setup has been fine for over a year using Office365 for her classes. Today she reported she cannot open any of the files. Behavior is we can sign in fine, see all the files listed, looks good. However we click a file, and the title up top says "Working..." and the history tab will flood with about 10 attempts on a sharepoint site, then give a sign in error asking to sign in again. This will fail each time. I tried basic steps, cleared cookies, no dice. Only ublock was in use, without issue previously, but disabled and removed and it still did it. I even loaded up a new blank profile, nothing added, same behavior. I tried on my PC's firefox and it does work correctly. Both are v 110.0.1. Any suggestions to what I've tried? I would expect no extensions and new profile would resolve it. For now it works via chrome , but we're a firefox family.

Every time I press the print key since the last Firefox update it opens a new firefox window. It doesn't matter if Firefox is selected or not. I can't find any macros or shortcuts that are bound to the print key, so I don't have any idea what could have caused this.

Yesterday I did a stupid thing, I managed to lock myself out of my account in Firefox. I had set up a secondary account, but that was locked out too, once I managed to change my password. (I know, silly me...)

So now I created a new email address to be able to create a new account in Firefox. I would like to set up one of my 2 'regular' email addresses as the secondary account, but they are associated with the original Firefox account. Is there an amount of time after which I would be able to use my previous 2 accounts again, or is that a never?

(I don't feel like creating another new emailaddress especially for this.)

When I click on "Google Apps" in Firefox (with links to Calendar, news etc.) says "can't load". When I try with Chrome is loads fine. What can be done to fix that?

I use a Royal Kludge RK 61, where the back tick ` character, requires pressing the Windows key + another key. This works everywhere else, but Firefox. Is there any option to fix this?

I looked through some other threads related to playing around with the ui.key options, but nothing there helped. And most of those were related to the Mac Os as well.

This version of Firefox, 110 will not save logins or ask if I want to save them. I have logged into Google and Mozilla but they are not saved. I also have that "Your browser is being managed by your organization." again. I'm running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 on my Dell Inspiron 5759 laptop. I'm not sure what else to provide for details. I actually have two of the laptops and they both will not save logins in Firefox 110. I changed the policy for Firefox in Regedit but that didn't help getting rid of the GPO notice. Both of these computers are for personal use only. I don't know if there is a conflict between Firefox 110 and Windows 11 Pro. I have used Firefox for many, many years with few issues. I don't like Chrome but I guess I'll try it.

Hello. I just set up a self hosted firefox-syncserver on my homeserver.

I created a virtual host on nginx which looks something like this: firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com and have a mariadb database as the backend. In about:config on firefox, I then set the identity.sync.tokenserver.uri to https://firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5.

Everything seems to work fine, but I still have some questions which I did not find an answer to online.

   Since I have this public accesspoint for my syncserver now, can not anyone just use it? What stops them from using my url (https://firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5) in their about:config?

   What is the SYNC_MASTER_SECRET for which I set to a 256-bit random key?

   When I navigate to https://firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5 in my browser, why does it say {"status":"error","errors":[{"location":"body","name":"","description":"Unauthorized"}]}

I would really appreciate a good answer, as I could not find anything good about these points online.

When I try to logon to Dropbox I get this message: "Your browser appears to be blocking dropboxcaptcha.com, which is required for authentication. To resolve this issue, please update any anti-virus or ad-blocking software settings to allow connections to dropboxcaptcha.com."

I'm told by the Bank of Hawaii that Firefox is preventing me from contacting them. I get a message with "404" on it, and text that says address might be fake. Can anyone help me about this? I HOPE SO!

yesterday firefox did an update and now I can't move my search bar, normally the search box is on the keft, I,ve tried dragging it left but it doesn't it just go back to the right, in all the years of using firefox never had a problem like this before

I cannot get any sounds through Firefox. Regular audio through stand alone programs run fine, but when I attempt to run something through the browser, I get nothing. I have checked all the well known, and some obscure sites for solutions, and nothing is working.
