Fullscreen video issues— occasionally won't let me enter, will never let me exit

Every time I open a video on a website and try and enter fullscreen mode, it never lets me exit fullscreen mode. Then I have to close the entire window. Also, sometimes I… (funda kabanzi)

Every time I open a video on a website and try and enter fullscreen mode, it never lets me exit fullscreen mode. Then I have to close the entire window. Also, sometimes I have to refresh the page once or twice to even get in to fullscreen mode. Google is only showing me stuff about Firefox fullscreen mode, NOT fullscreen mode for videos, which is the actual problem.
