I have just upgraded the OS on Mac Mini with the M1 chip to Sonoma (14.5) I am running Firefox 126.0.

Now it seems that I have more than one problem since the upgrade. The browsing history in my sidebar is not current. It is running about a day behind.

I reported earlier that the type on my LinkedIn is only out 7 pt when my settings have the minimum size at 14 pt.

Somebody please help. I'm afraid to do a refresh because I don't know what it will do to my banking settings.

I was injured and in the hospital a long period. my phone number was changed by my daughter from 9282429368 to 9282428180 my email changed because cable one closed all their accounts. It now is ehd@reagan.com. Now I cannot log into my facebook account no matter what I do. It is the way I get in touch with my friends and relatives. What happened to my account? Hello! I installed Firefox about a year ago, and for the entire duration it seems about 60% of the time the default fonts on various websites look weird (bold?). I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox, clearing the cache, etc. See attached images for examples. Help!

When using some websites that ask for browser permission to use your location, the location is wrong.

I recently moved more than 2000 miles, and when I use Google Maps in Firefox on my Windows laptop, its "current location" (as in, the blue dot that appears once I give Google Maps permission to use my location) is always at my old address rather than my new one.

After some digging, I discovered https://mylocation.org/, which was very helpful in that it informed me of two different types of location lookup. One of them, based on my IP address, works like a charm and shows me at my new address. The other, called "Browser Geolocation", shows my old address. And I've confirmed that this information varies from browser to browser: Firefox is wrong, Chrome is correct, Edge is correct, Brave is wrong.

This must mean that the browser stores some kind of information somehow about my location, right? How do I update this so that it matches the public IP address location?

I am running a Mac Mini with the M1 chip. I recently updated the OS to Sonoma (14.5) from Monterey and find that the type on Linked In is tiny, only about 7 pt. My FF is 126.0. My minimum font size on Firefox is set to 14 pt. If I make it larger, like 20, Linked In is readable, but all my other sites are too large and hard to navigate.

Your automatic reader thinks I'm running 10.5. I've never run 10.5 on this Mac.

LI says it is a Firefox problem, which it is, because the site reads fine on Safari.

I know that there are sites which don't work on Firefox, like Chase Bank, which is a drag. Please don't tell me that LI is another one.

Firefox is synced on all my computers. Same version. Same extensions. I can't login on my primary desktop as of last night 5/23/24. I can login/watch Prime on my laptop. My desktop gives me the attached error.

Shoot!! I just filled this out, and somehow, it reverted me back to This screen again!! I am not a programmer or IT Guy. What I am is a person that is Very alert to sudden changes in my experiences. I retired 14 years ago, as a Manager in a Manufacturing industry. Very familiar using desktop. For some reason, about a couple weeks ago, some of my sites have begun using google adds, over and over. When I click on the "X", wants to know why, etc. I use Malware Bytes, scans every day. Does NOT discover any malware, but I KNOW something has changed to allow the bombardment! Is it possible it's just a single site that I had to change and log in to? Even if so, WHY doesn't Malware stop them? Should I try a system restore to weeks ago? I am on here Every day.so I'm pretty cognizant of changes! ADVICE PLEASE!! Bruce Pierce

Everytime I open Firefox a new window opens suggesting I add the AVG extention, when I do I get a notification that AVG does not support that extention for Firefox. Why is the nonsupported extention being recomened

I had implement service worker for install resources and activate service worker and fetch the resources at offline.

When online service worker worked and once serve the resources to the cache then it will be stooped automatically

but when offline service worker block the local host and can not cache resource from cache. I am using firefox

126 version on window 11 system

Any settings are required or help me what will do for offline working in firefox using service worker

Hello, I was using Firefox to read my email at privateemail.com. When I attempted to save one of the emails to my Macbook (using an option in the window displaying the email), Firefox launched Apple Mail on my MacOS system. Apple Mail opened up with the email in one of its windows.

That is not the way it worked in the past. When picking "save to computer" in the web-mail interface, Firefox would open a SaveAs dialog box and allow me to directly save the mail to my computer.

I tested this behavior using Safari instead of Firefox, and that behaved as I expected. That is, Safari opened a SaveAs dialog box for me to use.

Is there a configuration parameter that was changed in a recent Firefox update? I am running FF 126.0 on MacOS 14.4.1.

Hi there, Can anyone help me please. Ive been using Firefox forever and yesterday I signed into a Gmail account to send an email to someone, I typed in who it was to, then subject and then when I went to type into the body of text, the keyboard wont work.

I thought there was an issue with the keyboard but I then I tried to type in issues on firfox and loads of text is missing, I basically cant use firefox at the moment as Im only viewing half the info.

Ive been sent a credit not from someone and this is what its viewing like.

I didnt change anything that Im aware of
