Embedded videos play on Safari but not Firefox. When I looked at the previous questions about this they were addressed in June 2012. Apparently it is happening again, at least in my case. Maybe it happened with the last upgrade, I don't know, but I never had this problem before. Would appreciate any input. I haven't changed any of my settings. Thanks.

Firefox won't let me save new password because it "is not a common password." what does that mean? Aren't passwords supposed to be "not common?"

I noticed that in the last update, Firefox displays the list of login information options, in auto-fill mode, in alphabetical order and not according to the most appropriate address. For example, I get an authentication window for articles vpn.xyz. The first alternative I get is related to the address teach.abc (which does not fit at all) while the alternative for the address vpn.xyz appears in sixth place.

I don't know how to turn the ad blocker off. The only thing I can think of that might be part of this problem is the f-secure system that is provided by Spectrum. I use Windows 11 and Firefox117.0.1 (64-bit).

I want to make the bottom scroll bar specially to be appeared only on hover and not when scrolling or even make it 100% transparent? I really dont want the bottom scrollbar to interface

This is a recent problem. This did not happen several months ago. I read that this is a preference but cannot find it anywhere. I use video download helper. Cannot find a preference there either. Thank you for helping.

I don't get any security from the master password or primary password because I set it on my mozila browser but when I open mozila, the browser asks to enter the password if you cancel, also I can visit my Facebook and personal mail id. actually, I used two browsers for personal use, I prefer to use mozila only for my primary passport but now it's not worthy .

Many websites I use on a regular basis have become unusable on firefox which i have used for over a decade. I can't change my Flickr cover photo because the pop up window is too huge, can't view a complete google doc because the thing is enormous, etc. The issue is that I MUST have the ability to set text in firefox to larger and I do so via the view - zoom in and zoom text only options. I have to have this ability because I have a visual disability. I do not have this issue using chrome but I detest chrome and want to keep using firefox, but entire portions of windows are cut off when they open up and I can't access them by zooming out either. The only thing that changes is the text gets so small that it is totally unreadable. This is a HUGE problem for me. I will NOT change my default windows setting to try and fix a firefox issue because that then screws up my window sizes for games, programs etc for my other software that I also use daily. So I won't be changing what works for 20 programs via windows settings to make ONE browser work better. This is a firefox problem, and firefox needs to fix it. I have tried multiple solutions cited online and nothing is working. If firefox is trying to get rid of it's users with visual disabilities, this is the way to go. The google search bar on the home page has increased in size and my extensions/add on such as cache cleaner and adblocker do not appear on the toolbar even though they are turned on. I tried refreshing Firefox but that did not solve the problems. Thank you

Some urls autofill in the address bar, and others don't (and I wish they would)

In the example images below you can see Quora does autofill, but Twitter and Facebook don't I'm pretty sure they all used to so perhaps it's something I have done

I recently "downgraded" from macOS Ventura back to macOS Monterey on my 2019 Macbook Pro. Is there a way to migrate all the Firefox bookmarks and login/password info that I had prior to the downgrade? I made a complete backup of the computer prior to the downgrade, but I can't find any folders with this info on the backup, just the Firefox application. I didn't make the .html or .csv files of the bookmarks or login info prior to the downgrade--didn't think it would require such steps to migrate the old info.

Youtube and Twitch both have a delayed response to un-muting. After turning on the audio, it takes about 4-5 seconds to hear any audio. Youtube has long load delays each time rewinding or pausing. I tried on chrome and I didn't get these issues. I also already cleared cache and history.

After Windows11 last udates, audio disabled in only the Firfox browser (such as when using Youtube and all other audio included sites) while audio working properly in Microsoft internet browser and in rest of my PC apps, I tried many ways including update firefoxB , tweaking windows11 but all with no result.
