Today May 1, I noticed that any website that shows a recaptcha checkbox, including the google recaptcha demo (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo) only shows an infinite spinner in firefox v125.0.3. I've tried the same sites in chrome and edge and the recaptcha works fine. In FF, I have cleared my cache, disabled tracking protection, disabled anti-virus and tried troubleshooting mode - still get the infinite spinner. Last week, I had no problems with recaptcha.

This is going to start out sounding like a Google problem, but please read the whole thing. I have a new Windows 11 Dell, and I normally run Firefox. When I wasn't able to attach a file to a gmail email I went to Google Account Help. It suggested that I delete cookies and cache, which I have now done several times. Now the problem is that I can't get to Gmail from Account Help. I have deleted everything that Firefox History will let me delete, and no matter how I try to get to it I cannot get to Gmail. It keeps me in Google Account Help.

Here's why I think I have a Firefox problem. In frustration I opened MS Edge. It let me get to Gmail, and it let me attach the file to my email. It seems to me that if I were having a Google problem, it wouldn't matter which browser I was in. As soon as it saw my email address it would put me in the same place. That's my reasoning anyway.

Since a day or two the font size on my Menu Bar is way too small. I have been searching around and the solutions are not working or not what I want. I do not want to zoom in, I want my page size to remain the same, I only need the font size on the menu bar back to what it was. I tried the userChrome.css method and it did not work

I did a 'refresh' of my browser, thinking that basic user information would be saved. But I lost all my tabs in OneTab (extension). Is it possible to recover them?

I have windows 11 pro 23H2 and latest Firefox installed. I have no keyboard attached to computer and when I touch the adress bar nothing happens, touch keyboard does not show up. I tried with 3 different computers. Edge and Chrome works and shows the touch keyboard. Any suggestions or is there a bug?

I am a bookkeeper and use QuickBooks Online (QBO)(AUS version) as my preferred accounting program, Intuit recommends using Chrome, but I had problems with that too, in that it has fields in QBO that will not work, I have switched to Firefox because it handles the 'black' look and the columns within the ledgers are more stable, however Firefox is constantly crashing it can recover most times to where I was, but it is most infuriating. Question is, is this a known problem and can it be fixed by changing the settings? Geoff Woodford

Hello, Firefox randomly downloaded a file, with seemingly randomly name, that is 0 bytes and in download manager the source is moz-safe-about. It happened when I was accessing a popular wiki site. I opened the file in notepad, it was empty. I put it on virus total and came back negative, as it is an empty file. I've curbed through the support tickets here, using the keyphrase 'moz-safe-about'. I understand this was/is quite a common problem, but it still makes me quite worried and left a sour taste in my mouth, as I haven't understood any of the explanations. I have enabled firefox to ask me whenever it wants to save something (I have no idea why this isnt the default state). Happened on a somewhat fresh, updated win 11 installation. I'm also attaching more information here with a picture. Long story short: should I be worried? Am I overreacting and this is just some sort of a bug that occurred while getting a sites data? I removed the Firefox Relay, however whenever I want to open my email its still there and I have to keep entering my email address manually, How do \i get rid of it?

I've used FF for years and always had - "Open links in tabs instead of new windows" and "When you open a link, image or media in a new tab, switch to it immediately."

Until very recently this worked well.... now there are two identical tabs opening the link and the switch to immediately does not work.

The title pretty much says it. On some phpBB forum I am member of, since yesterday, I can't write long messages and see what I'm writing.

When my texte is bigger than the default frame, the scrollbar jumps at the top of the post while i'm still writing. This doesn't happen with other browers on same webpage.

Possibility : the deepl addon i just installed  ?

Any idea ?

Your code writers need to write code to handle Facebook. When scrolling through FB the feed constantly jumps ahead 5 or more posts... It's not a FB issue, its a Mozilla issue, in as much it doesn't occur with Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge... I could use them for FB but then I won't have my Firefox addon's..... Maybe collaborate with their code writers and ask how they addressed this issue...

Hello. I am finding on different devices i have that firefox won't let me do things i could do before. Example. On my cellphone. I can't login to twitch.tv nor can i get into my yahoo mail account. It says i have an unsupported browser and i didn't have that problem before. The twitch problem is the same on my pc. I can't login. The login and my credentials are there but the button won't let me log in. Please help me. Thanks. Susan
