I am getting sick and tired of Thunderbird freezing while writing an email, screen graying out, and having to close the program and lose the material without it having been saved in any way. This has been happening for two or three weeks.

THE ABOVE ERROR MESSAGE HAS PREVENTED ME FROM ACCESSING 3 WEBSITES - PaddyPower, Ladbrokes, & UK National Lottery. None of the suggested remedies has had any effect. Can you fix it?

I am getting consistent issues with Firefox where the tabs seemingly just crash with no rhyme or reason to them. Could be within a few seconds, could be after a few minutes. Doesn't seem to be one website causing it either as I was worried it was Twitch but I get issues browsing other places too. Any help would be appreciated!

144.0.2 firefox version has an issue with bookmarks keep, they keep dissapearing & i have to use firefox fix from uninstall option to restore. unable to use email links as it requests that i close firefox window before it can open links, when i do this all bookmarks are gone & i then have to start again. I'm running win11 25h2 with all updates done both chrome & edge are not causing issues

I have just upgraded to version 145 and the title bar has disappeared Even though I have the Title Bar option checked in the customize firefox panel. If I uncheck the title bar option and then check the title bar option, the title bar will appear, but when I close firefox and then restart firefox the title bar is gone.

I clicked on the Google icon and got a screen that said "Gak, that site just crashed" Has been happening periodically with other links. If I restart the computer the problem disappears so I can ask you for help Thanks

I am logged on to my Credit Union and attempt to download my statements. When using Firefox I get the message: {"Errors":["Authorization has been denied for this request."]}

When I contacted my CU, they said to add an URL to the Manage Exceptions. This worked, but I want to know why Firefox needs this but Chrome doesn't.

For some time now while using Firefox, I've had to reenter my password when trying to visit new tabs of the site discord.com, even when using a link that should directly take me there (or duplicating the tab.) This is unexpected behavior and on a new profile of Firefox (or in other browsers), discord remains logged in even when the site is visited in a new tab.

Now you should probably know that I use the more tools option to customize the look of my browser. I generally enable the titlebar and bookmark toolbar for personal preference. After several hours of testing and tweaking and trying to bug test the issue I've realized that there is a correlation and discord only forces me to log in again when I have either the titlebar or bookmarks toolbar enabled on the current profile.

I would really like a fix that I can either do myself or would like to see this bug addressed in the future. There's no reason that my choice to use the titlebar or bookmark bar should affect my browsing?

Trying to set up Firefox on new computer. Haven't used log-in for years. My email account is closed. So code is sent to defunct email. How can I get access to my account so I can change my email address and get Firefox synced to my new computer? Log onto Firefox. Go to Yahoo mail, log off this and yahoo homepage shows daily pop up which is some sort of counter ("Don't ghost us" day 1,2,3, on on Google says this is a browser issue, Redirect to Chrome same thing. Have adblock on. All settings on all 3 browers do not stop it

I can log into a random website and it goes right in then turns black and i can't see anything, i shut it down .... bring it back up and it does it again, any ideal what is happening ?

Hi, new Firefox Win 11 user, new laptop, how do I enable main touchscreen gestures, swipe, pinch etc. All other apps, browsers work, so HW / drivers work. Can't find how on user forums, or in settings.

On all three computers, I have "Always ask you where to save files." On all three computers, it never asks and always stores in Download.

On my work computer, Outlook's problem is that all hyperlinks open in browsers while we use Sharepoint links. I want the pdfs to open in Acrobat. I've changed the Applications section, just below Downloads, to use Acrobat for pdf files. I was hoping that would mean Outlook would tell Firefox, my default browser, to open the pdf, FF would see it's a pdf, and it would open Acrobat. That's not happening.

Any clues how to resolve either?
