Am I able to pin a podcast app player that is no longer available in the Google play store nor has an email or website? I would like to put it on my homepage as I use it all the time.

This question was asked by someone else in November 2023 but never sign answer. When I click on a link to an address Mozilla should open my Google maps and put that address in automatically. Instead it goes to the Play store to download Google but since I already have it installed I click continue and it opens up Google maps but no address. How do I fix this or is this a glitch in Mozilla?

Routing the Nekobox proxy through AdGuard does not work in Firefox for Android. In Nekobox, it looks like the packet is sent and connected, but in whatsmyipadress, the original IP address is displayed. I put the local host address and port number for Nekobox in http.proxy in about:config and restarted, but the original IP address is still displayed.

When I delete an email, it usually goes to the trash, so I can find it again. Now the emails are deleted permanently and disappear. How can I keep my emails in the trash? Sincerely Helle

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance in advance. Since I updated my browser, I've encountered some issues when trying to maximize the virtual screen in my tv. I use a Mac and connect the screen to a web TV to watch YouTube in my big tv. However, when I click to maximize the window, the connection becomes unstable, and the virtual screen disappears every time I click the YouTube icon to do this. This problem never occurred before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

When choosing biometrics for 2-factor authentication, sometimes Firefox will only prompt for a physical hardware key, and Touch ID does not work. Support for built-in biometrics is inconsistent.

For reference, I am using Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 with an ARM processor.

in my 'podcasts' folder I have ~2 pages of folders of the type feeds.json-xxx.corrupt where xxx is some number, see attached image.

With the intention to re-subscribe to my feeds later, I have deleted all other folders in my podcasts folder. Trying to simply delete the feeds.json-xxx.corrupt folders did not work. How can I get rid of them?

(I am using the portable version of thunderbird)

Everything is gone? All my organized folders, everything. It prompts me to set up everything again. It then gives more prompts I don't understand. What should I do? This is a disaster

Since last update, Reminders pop up window will not close as before when the reminders are all cleared. Have too manually close the window. Saw this was an issue many versions ago that seemed to be cleared after an update. I could find no way to "fix" the issue. Is this a new bug?

When I goto to YT Homepage it will play all the sounds of the downloaded video's when I hover with the mouse.

But I want to hear the sound of that video AFTER I selected that Video or clicked on the title.

I don't want to be able to scroll the page by selecting text. That's what the scroll wheel is for. More often than not this 'feature' just results in frustration as scrolling the page selects more text. Can I just disable this altogether somehow?

Version 125.2.0, Android 11 Settings: Firefox is default browser. 'Open links in apps' is set to 'Ask before opening'

Scenario:

• With the Swiss payment app 'Twint' I scan a QR-code for a payment
• This will open the embedded browser to show a payment site (sbs.twint.ch)
• After entering the amount and pressing submit, the flow is supposed to return to the Twint-app. However, here it just blocks and I cannot navigate anywhere or return to the app manually

Workaround:

• When the embedded view shows, in its menu, I can select 'Open in Firefox'
• Entering the amount there and pressing submit, the popup shows, asking me whether 'to open the link in app'. When I confirm, I am redirected back to the app and can confirm the payment there.

I suspect, the webview does not show the popup but wait for it to be confirmed and thus the flow is blocked. I have searched the forum but could not find anything matching. Still, is that a known issue?

I added the Save to Pocket (mini) extension to Firefox 125.0.2 today. When I look at the collection of articles I've saved to Pocket (I've been using Pocket for years) in the browser, I only see 8 articles. But when I open Pocket on my iPhone and iPad, the list of articles I've saved is much more longer (an estimate would be between 50 and 75 articles saved to Pocket). I haven't found any articles in Mozilla support to help me solve this. Thanks
