in the bookmarks page on iOS devices, Why can't we swipe back to the previous state and we have to press the previous arrow, Is it an issue or just something else?

Would want to make this post along time ago but I thought users and developers would notice it.

Meanwhile FF for iOs eats up 5 GB of Disk Space on my iPad Pro 2022. I did try to research how to avoid this to no avail.

I need to set the output audio for an specific browser. I need someone to chat and access my laptop for help. I am using Krisp. I am trying to select the output audio in the settings of Firefox but nothing is happening

A private site that authenticates via user certificates works successfully with Safari, but fails in Firefox iOS (yet works fine in Firefox for Windows) Firefox seems to neither: 1. access user certificates from the iOS Configuration Profile 2. manage certificates in its own store.

On initial load, Safari prompts for which certificate to use, while Firefox displays an NSURLErrorDomain message.

Is there a way to use user certificates in Firefox iOS for authentication (i.e. am I doing something incorrectly)? If not, can such functionality please be added.

My Firefox keeps going into private browsing on its own. I deleted the app and cleared it and it’s done it again. When I go into settings there is no way for me to uncheck private browsing

It used to be that when I typed in the beginning of a URL, Firefox would suggest a massive list of matching URLs from my history that would slowly dwindle as I typed more, but now I get only three suggestions.

I didn't change anything, so is this a change in Firefox? If so, can it be changed back? Or made an option?

Hi ! I´m using firefox 125.1(40778) on ios 17.4. Recently I faced a problem with the password manager of Firefox, as it doesn`t automatically fill in username and password on a site I visit on a regular basis. But when you click on the username the keyboard pops up and there I found the option to use the password manager of firefox. After re-authentification (fingerprint on my mobile) it opens the password manager and suggests the appropriate password. Clicking on it and you are in.

So the password manager still works although in a more complicated way because once you´re in the house you don´t need the door key anymore.

If i open a link to redirect to an app, let’s say wikipedia, it will redirect fine. When i switch back to Firefox, the mobile version of the link i clicked on will be loaded instead of just displaying search engine search results where i clicked the wikipedia link. 

Another thing that happens is if i click on the link, still being wikipedia, get redirected to the app, then close out firefox, the next time i open firefox, it will redirect me back to the wikipedia app.

This issue I have been having is not just related to Wikipedia, this is for any other link that may open a related app I have installed on my phone.

Hi,

I keep getting the red padlock but when I tap on it it says my connection is secure and when I tap on that it shows that I’m connected to HTTPS. What’s causing this? Is my connection exposed? When i shutdown and reopen the app the red padlock goes away but I'm confused as it says 'connection is secure' either way.
