I’m having a issue with the app on iOS where sometimes if I leave the app to do other things then return to the app later on it will be frozen. Sometimes I can open the keyboard and type but nothing happens. I also can’t scroll web pages and the app doesn’t come back alive. Instead I have to force close it.

Reproduce steps: 【Preconditions】Download the latest version of Firefox from the Google Play Store 【Operation Steps】 Open Firefox >> open YouTube and play any video >>go to notification panel >> try to click media player and observe the phenomeno

Actual result: "Media player" options in notification panel are not available when we play any YouTube video in Firefox. Expected result:"Media player" options in notification panel should be able to click and response normally when we play any YouTube video in Firefox.

Analysis from our engineers: All OPPO T devices can reproduce, and Chrome browser doesn’t have this issue, therefore we analysis confirms that it is an application issue.

Video play screen goes blank when rotating to landscape. All controls disappear, sound continues. Blank grey screen is locked in landscape position with no. Only solution is force-close and reopen. Android One UI 5, Android 13, Samsung S20+ 5G

Hello, Firefox for Android has become completely unusable because the tab keep reloading every single time i move away from it.

This seems like a HUGE problem for a web browser??

I use this for more than 5 years on iOS, but the last 2-3 versions became horrible. On iPhone XR with iOS 15, the app stops working if I swipe down the control center and go back to the app. When I start the app, the most visited sites and their icons are flashing for 1-2 secs, and some sites are really slow (it is hard to scroll, it almost freezes). I hope you can fix these bugs. If you need screencast to see the phenomenon, I can provide it as well. Thank you!

Using Android FF, when selecting Google.com,it only loads blank white page. Entire screen is completely blank. No error messages of any kind.

I have Firefox synced with my mobile and my desktop. I have a number of logins and passwords saved. When I go to a site I get suggested logins, I click on the appropriate one, and up until recently, whether on my cell or desktop it filled in and I click and can login. It recently stopped working on my cell. I can bring up the webpage, I still get suggested logins and click the appropriate one but nothing gets filled in, no user name and no password. I have logged out and relogged in, resync'd and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions before I stop using Firefox and look for another browser that works on desktop and cell?

When I try to logon to some sites, Google Drive for instance, the input field lose focus when I click and try to use my saved logins and the field stays empty. I go to the URL, click the account name field, then the suggested logins (not sure what the exact English header says, since my settings are in Swedish), and it sort of quickly flicker and then the saved accounts and passwords comes up, but by then the field has lost its focus.

I pay my fees from mozile firefox but the page get refresh n fees receipt is not generated but the amount of fees will be debited from my bank account what should I do

I updated the app and all my tabs are gone. I don’t have a pc so I exclusively use firefox on my IOS, so I don’t think I can sync it with anything. I really don’t know how any of this works but I had 100+ tabs open and this is very distressing, please let me know if there’s any way to recover them

In Focus, autorotate, which I use frequently, suddenly stopped working yesterday. I tried turning it off/on a few times and uninstall/reinstall. No change.

As I try to rotate the screen orientation while using Firefox Focus, the screen goes blank. This doesn't happen elsewhere on any other app on my device. I tried re-installing and restarting my phone, but I have the same problem. Anybody encounter this issue?

Periodically, the following bug occurs on different phones. I also found it in complaints on google play and I will take the text from there (you do not give a solution to the problem), but I will provide my screenshots. This is not the first time this issue has occurred, on various phones in my family. "I tried using it again, and EVERY website I try to access doesn't load. It just shows a gray screen and the lock in the URL bar is in the "connection is not secure" graphic. I can't even access about :config because it's also just a gray screen.HOWEVER, every other browser on my phone works." It helps to solve problems only by completely deleting all firefox files and then setting it up from scratch. It is unpleasant.
