I installed Firefox on a new Dell laptop and imported the bookmarks from FF on old laptp. On my old laptop things are OK. On the new laptop Firefox will ONLY store new bookmarks in the Recently Book... folder, no matter how many times I choose a specific folder from the Location dropdown, even if I only choose Bookmarks Menu without subfolder. Show Editor is checked. I have to manually move new bookmarks from Recently Book..... This is annoying. Can you help? I have not found a forum with this question.

I am getting the attached messages when trying to send an email. Thunderbird worked perfectly yesterday morning, but then would not send any emails. I get emails, but cannot send from my 2 accounts.
I am on the latest version of Thunderbird, Supernova 115.10.1
Also, I cannot find out where to change my password for the accounts, because at times I need to fill in a password. I can't find it.

If you scroll up on the windows it closes Mozilla. The only way to get rid of it to use the browser normally is to reboot my Samsung phone.

I am unable to get printing to work correctly using Firefox with Epson POS TM-T20 thermal printers we have a work.
We're currently running Firefox on Debian 12. I've tried both the ESR version that comes with the Debian repository and the latest Firefox as a flatpak.
When printing to the receipt printer, the only thing that is printed is the left-hand most part of the logo and a little part of the text and this occurs towards the right-hand side of the paper. I've changing all of the settings, resetting the settings for the print in about:config, but nothing seems to work.
I'd love to get this working so that staff could use Firefox. I'm attaching an image of what the print job looks like and a screenshot of what the print-preview shows.

I want to set unthreaded as default column view for all folders, and then that column view to be used on all new subfolders I create, but without having to use advanced settings various workarounds (it is and should be called for what it is...) which is currently the standard response when users is asking how to change from threaded to unthreaded column view. Why can't this setting be simply implemented as part of the standard gui?

Then, we went to Chrome and there was no problem entering the info. Please provide a response to resolve these issues of Firefox not allowing data entry, but Chrome allowing data entry for the same sites.

I do not have this issue with Chrome or Microsoft Edge!!!!! i hate to begin using one of these vs Mozilla Firefox to get around this but i may have to do so. my wife and i share access to critical sites so if i need to see her info or she needs to see mine, we both have to be available in order to access the site. Mozilla Firefox 'bug' is requiring us to do so and it doesn't satisfy our requirements. any ways to solve this issue is greatly appreciated. so far no 'searched' solutions work.

When I right click the taskbar and press close Firefox, here comes the interface just as the screenshot uploaded. The blue close button doesn't response no matter how I click it and the Firefox's taskbar is flashing yellow. This bug only occurs on the first window of Firefox and only when user right click the taskbar.
It has been a long time for me wishing that some updates would be released soon to fix this issue, while noting happens. Or this bug is only for me?

The cause is the MS CoPilot extension for Firefox.
Useful in other ways as I discovered several other extensions I don't need, hence have remained disabled.

We still use some Dell 13g servers equipped with idrac 8. When I'm trying to launch the virtual Console the window opens up but nothing shows. This used to work fine in previous versions of Firefox. I can't tell from which version it stopped but it's not long ago. Also idrac 9 console works fine in Firefox When trying to open console idrac 8 in Chrome it works fine Any idea what could be causing it? Any config switch to tweak?
