We run the www.rarlab.com website and several users have complained that the download of the exe file for the English version of WinRAR 7.20 downloads a 0mb file and is also flagged as malicious. The file can be downloaded easily on the Edge browser and it is considered safe by Google too.

Hi there. I'm looking for a shortcut that takes me from the folderlist pane to the message pane and the first new message, when I'm on the inbox folder. The tab is not good. It moves between to many fields/options.

simply that except for the odd ocassion, I cannot download documetns generated by Copilot when i'm using firefox. I uninstalled Firefox and it worked on Edge but for a while and then i started having problems with that as well. For several months when i first started usin Copilot, it worked fine and then suddenly I started having problems.

Cannot connect to BBC Sounds web page (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds). Get the following error message: "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Have tried with and without a VPN, have cleared the cache, and shutdown/restarted Firefox, but no luck.

Connects without issue when using alternative browsers.

I am concerned that when I signed into my bank account today, the saved username which is autofilled by Firefox had been changed. The change was subtle -- from uppercase to lowercase letters -- but it wasn't me that changed it. This is a site I log in to often, almost every day.

Of course I am worried that this is some sort of hack.

Now the latest update solves the problem of autoplay on YouTube can something be done about viewing the whole site? Videos take forever to load or generally never load and when they do all it shows on the page is the video and nothing else.

I go to my YT history and the page will not load. YT at times says I am offline when in fact I am not because I am also at the same time,while waiting for YT to load, viewing articles and videos on Yahoo and MSN as well as other sites.

This has only started today, March 12th.

Until some days ago I could use the add on "Video Downloadhelper" without problems on my old Macbook Air (2017) with OS10.15.7 but suddenly the add on was not available anymore. I purchased a valid license for this add on. In the Firefox adjustments it was mentioned as deactivated. Could you please let me know, how I can activate the Video Downloadhelper again? Turning off the "Automatically delete browsing history" feature often doesn't allow you to delete "Recently visited tabs." It seems that tab history generated from manually closed bookmarks can't be deleted through this feature either。Hope it can be fixed

I accidentally hit something in Firefox that changed my language for directions to another language, so I cant see choices to delete my cache, history, etc.. Already made sure my language in settings is English. Thanks for your help.

I cannot send from an Office365 account but can get mail - it simply says 'sending' but nothing happens.

I am using Owl (paid subscription) for my Office365 account.

I also have another email that is a simple IMAP account and that works beautifully!

I have made no changes to the PC or mail midway through the day it suddenly said input password, the password is correct, but I get incorrect password message. The password works using browser mode.

Listen I have a profile in another partition in Mint and want to transfer my Bookmarks/profile etc to my new 22.3 install but far too complicated. I also have a previous Key which I no longer wish to use as it has deleted all 20 years worth of messages. Firefox opens with one empty tab. Forcing me to got to «history -> recently closed windows -> restore» everytime I quit Firefox or shutdown the mac.

I would like an apple (icloud) account to thunderbird, but it doesn't work the automated way. I changes password and made sure that account data and password fit. Anyway I got an error message and wasn't able to connect. I had no issues with outlook and the apple account, so I'm wondereing what I need to adjust or add. I want to finally switch all my accounts and systems to open source and getting them connected is my first step. Any help would be appreciated. - Thanks in advance!

I’m running into a frustrating issue where Firefox is opening PDFs in two places at once.

The Problem: When I click a PDF link, Firefox opens the file in a new tab (internal viewer) but also launches the standalone Adobe Acrobat app to display the same file. I only want it to open in Firefox.

Details: - Settings: My "Applications" setting for PDF is currently set to "Always Ask." - The Glitch: Even when I manually select "Open in Firefox" from the prompt, Adobe Acrobat launches anyway. - Timeline: This started happening 2 days ago without any manual setting changes (I think it might be after a firefox update? I might be mistaken)

- Troubleshooting done: I have tried toggling the action to "Open in Firefox" directly, but the dual-launch behavior persists.
