Hello Mozilla Support,

Since 2 upgrades ago, anytime I try to watch a livestream, my browser slows right down and then crashes.

I don't care why its happening, I just want a definitive fix for the issue.

I'm so aggrieved at this happening constantly, if you cannot provide a firm resolution to this issue, i will simply move to another browser.

I've tried your about:config setting restart to false and other fixes but still keeps happening.

I await your reply.

why doesn't my theme stay engaged?I have 4 computers and I am constantly having to engage my fav theme on them all all the time.

Theme: Animated Dark fox theme with spinning globe and glow effect.

So I enabled push notifications for Google Calendar. Every time there's a notification, Google Calendar ask if I want to enable "Switch to this tab" for their notifications. I accidentally turned it on, then I managed to turn it off. Except it now keep asking me if I want to enable it.

Looking at the settings, the only two options available are "Always ask" and "Yes", with no way of just saying no... why?

Since updating to 121.0.1, only the top edge of the tabs in my menu bar are visible (see image). I tried reinstalling, restarting, and switching to a different theme. Any thoughts on why this is or how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

I really appreciate the container tab option for my browsing, as it affords me more privacy and I am a stickler about my privacy. However- I have been having an issue with links that I am attempting to open in a specific container that will load, and then immediately reload into the tab without a container. This has happened several times. The most recent example is that I clicked on a link from FB, a site I tend to avoid, and specified that I want it opened in a FB tab, as I don't trust them not to track me beyond that. However, the link loaded in the FB tab and immediately again with no container whatsoever. There was no request, no warning that I had set up the "multi-account container" and did I want to use it in the designated container... nothing. This has happened with links before as well.

I am having a problem with my Firefox homepage. There are several things going on like the red, yellow and green dots on the left side of the menu change to light dark. Some of My Bookmarks appears twice and one was added. I did a Refresh and troubleshooting but to see if my home page would go back to normal but it did not. I think I have a bug that is causing these changes on my Mozilla Browser. I need to get the browser back to normal.

I used to be able to access my Wells Fargo account using Firefox (as recently as last Thursday Jan 11,2024). Now when I try to access the account, Wells Fargo no longer recognizes my sign-in information. The Wells Fargo internet customer service person I spoke to said I was the second customer within the last few days with a similar problem with Firefox. Both Chrome and Edge are not having similar problems. I have the latest version of Firefox, so possibly Wells Fargo changed something. I do not want to use Chrome or Edge because of the hundreds of trackers they allow. Does anybody have any ideas? How does Firefox check on the compatibility of Firefox with websites? Thank you. When I am trying to access a photo library for Bing Wallpaper photos I am blocked by Cloudfare error 525. I can using a different browser (MS Bing; Chrome; DuckDuckGo) and it works fine. Only errors out using Firefox since last two updates.'

Why do I have TWO Firefox icons shown on my desktop screen? If I click on #1 it says: "Created Tuesday, February 20, 2018" If I click on #2 it says: "Created Tuesday, December 05, 2023" Do I need both? or can I delete one of them? Thanks.

When I want to go to the NY Times, and i type "nyt" the address bar automatically populated with the rest of the URL "nytimes.com". When I do the same thing with gmail and "gmail" it runs a search on a search engine instead of completing the rest of the URL.

Why would it do this for one website and not another? How do I fix this, I use gmail all the time so its a bit of a time waster.

Characters dissapearing, missing, garbled only in Firefox. Seems to be ok in troubleshooting mode. This only happens in Firefox so it appears to be isolated. As you hover over links is when it happens the most. I have the latest version installed and was just loaded on a new system.

While in my internet banking it is not possible to copy/paste the IBAN, the sum or just the name or anything. No matter if I used the context menu copy/paste function or the keyboard shortcuts. I am trying to copy from a Google Drive opened text file or a template saved in my online banking.

In Chrome there was no issue with copy/paste.

Outside of my banking, there are no issues with copy/paste.

I expect it is a security setting somewhere, do you know which one it is?

Firefox changed the design on tabs and other features some time back. The whole user experience has been worse since the UX design was changed. For example, it's impossible to find out without going through tab after tab, which one is active and playing. I wish there was an option to reverse back to the old design.

I don't want to get the 'Add Bookmark' popup prompt when I right click -> Bookmark Link, I just want it to bookmark the link.

Unchecking 'Show editor when saving' doesn't disable this popup.

I use 'right click -> Bookmark Link' a lot, so would really appreciate a fix, thanks :)

I have many folders and sub folders and before the new upgrade each sub folder would show the number of new messages. Now only the main sub folder shows and if there are messages only the first level local sub folders show new messages not the second level and third level.

I use Duck duck go as my default search engine. I've noticed that after the last couple of updates, the default has changed to Google. This has not happened before. There must be a bug somewhere that is causing this to happen in the new version of Firefox.
