"guh your tab just crashed" messagge crash my macbook pro. Also other programs. And yesterday i format and reinstalled an old macbook with catalina and firefox..nothing more..and the same messagge appears..c'mon guys.

Recently reinstalled Firefox for Windows on a new PC, and have since been having issues with audio playing on only Twitter. I have tried reinstalling my sound drivers, clearing the browser history and cache, clearing Twitter's cache, reinstalling Firefox, disabling all my extensions and nothing has worked. Any help at all would be appreciated.

It is ONLY Twitter, and it works on all other browsers.

I often see a Shortcut on my New Tab that I have never gone to, which says "sponsored" on it. I do not want these ads. I have looked up the answer: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/sponsor-privacy?as=u&utm_source=inproduct I can manually delete a sponsored shortcut once, but this does not stop them from coming onto future New Tabs. My problem is, the long-term answer simply does not work. Settings -> Home -> Firefox Home Content simply does not contain a section that says "Sponsored shortcuts" and therefore this solution is not accessable. I am on Version 120 as suggested. What is going wrong? How do I prevent these ads from appearing on the New Tab page?

After the latest updates the drm protection prevents any streaming of hbo or prime video content to discord. Is this just a mistake from mozilla's side or did 2 streaming sites decide on same week to start ruining their service for paying customers?

It has reinstalled all my other extentions, but hasn't my password manager for some reason. Or at least I can't find it. I also can't remember the name of it, and so don't know what to search to download it again. Is there a way to see historic extentions or something?

I deleted some emails on the weekend by mistake so I went into trash to retrieve them but couldn't find them. I checked again this morning and they are still not there. Please help Thank you, Basma Brown

On https://careers.usmc-mccs.org/psc/hprd/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM_FL.HRS_CG_SEARCH_FL.GBL?Page=HRS_CAREERS_FL&Action=U when I log in and go to my page, Firefox will not allow me to scroll and see all of the information whereas Chrome and Edge does. I am not sure if there is a setting incorrect in Firefox or it is blocking an area from scrolling. I added a copy of the screenshots below from Edge and Firefox.

I have been watching YouTube videos on firefox android and have been clicking ful screen and landscape has been fine. Then over night a few days ago, it stopped. When I turn the phone to landscape, the video sound is playing but the video is blank, with no picture. It is fine in normal portrait just not when I click full screen when it was working.

I've cleared the cache and history, I've even unistalled Firefox and reinstalled it twice, once from the play store and once as the apk but to no avail. I have also disabled adons, tried the picture to picture, and autoplay but nothing works.

Any help to rectify and return my viewing would be appreciated.

I was working in Firefox, everything was working fine and all of a sudden, by tabs began to crash. I only had 2 tabs open. I opened Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode and still, the tabs crashed. I opened More Troubleshooting Information and tried to Refresh Firefox, but it appeared nothing happened.

I do not want to lose the Bookmarks I have saved!!

Uncontrollable reloading of pages - 2 urls in past week - currently: https://www.4wdsupacentre.com.au/ - refresh occurs at varying intervals from not fully loaded (less than 2 seconds) to 10 seconds

I have been a loyal Mozilla user for many years and it will be a lot of work to to transfer to chrome or edge but continuing problem with camera/microphone access and now this rubbish makes it necessary.

I have been unable to send or receive emails for the past week when I try to send a message I get this message come up .... .. Sending message failed.... The message could not be sent because the connection to outgoing server SMTP smtp.gmail.com timed out try again..... I dont know why this has happened and I cannot fix it???

I opened my bookmarks today to find out that all my bookmarks are showing the same web address (Chevrolet.com). And when I went to Recovery, I only found the backup that Firefox did today with the single web address for all my bookmarks. Firefox was updated to version 120 on 11/21/2023.

I have attempted to follow published instructions on how to manage extensions but the steps described are completely wrong. When I click the extensions icon, it opens the add-ons tab (does not present a list of extensions). There is no "gear" next to any of my extensions; just the on/off button and the .... button.

How can I force an extension to show on the toolbar?

Firefox is up to date (version 120.0).

When I open firefox it opens on the "success" page it should open on my selected page Yahoo.com
