I'm having trouble getting firefox to use the rear camera on my phone when scanning qr codes for a web page. The old solution appears to have been to reset Firefox's camera permissions and from there you could change which camera the app would use. However, this feature appears to have been removed as Firefox will now default to my selfie camera, which is very inconvenient. Is there an option I'm not able to see in the app or a work around for this issue? Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm not talking about pinch-to-zoom, I want to be able to scale website contents like I can on desktop with Ctrl++ and Ctrl+-

Is this possible? Is there maybe an extension that can dl it?

I'm running Samsung Dex and all the websites features are way too big on Firefox. I cant even see what im typing right now, all i see is a giant "support moz://a"

It's 2024. Get it together Mozilla. There is no option to zoom out. There is no option for desktop pages by default. It's bad enough you are bending to the other corporate sites and limit what plugins we can use here.

But Firefox Mobile is too stupid to figure out it's on a full-size display and it's too retarded to have the settings requirednto resize it myself.

I tried 4 times to download firefox from Google play store. It keeps saying try again later all the time. Would someone send me the full version for Android or send me a link to download it?

Hi! I been using youtube through firefox on my phone for awhile now. Mostly since it allows me to play the video when the screen is off.

I have now swapped phone to a HTC U23 Pro. After the change everytime that i look at a video now it stutters a lot. No matter the network connection.

On my old Samsung A71 it still works fine.

It works fine in the youtube app or through grayjay.

Have removed every add on i have and resinstalled firefox but the issue is the same.

Any tips on what i can do to fix it?

After opening mobile FF browser on the Homepage, it shows some links feom my browsing history - Recently visited.

And after 1 or 2 seconds suddenly block Jump back in appears. I'm tired of mistapping on this block, when I'm trying to select Recently viewed link but in this moment Jump back in link appeared on its place!

Please fix this, it's a very bad experience...

Ever since the last update, my keyboard isn't appearing in Firefox Focus when I tap the url bar. Normally it would appear to type in a new url, but not anymore. When I tap the bar, it automatically selects the complete url but then I have to tap again in order to show the keyboard. See the attached screenshot; I have tapped the url bar here but no keyboard has appeared.

I am using the regular keyboard on Android, Gboard. I'm on Android 13. Using a Fairphone 4.

Everything is updated to the latest available.

After installing a shortcut to a website that stages as an app through the Firefox Android app (Samsung 6.0, Android 14) when using said shortcut, if entering any text box the keyboard will pop up and rapidly close and open, making it unable to use. This problem happens on any text box, and with any keyboard. I'll attach a youtube link of a screen recording as well as a gif, though it's rather difficult to see the entire problem through a gif. Hi, I have a problem with my firefox app. Everytime I play or skip a port of a video, it plays stuttering and return normal only If I rewind some second (if I pause it nothing change). Anyone knows why? Is there some way to solve this problem? I have deleted every data, cookies etc, every add-on and reinstalled the app but nothing changed. I also formatted every setting of my device but same result. Oh, also, this problem don't happen with other apps like gallery or chrome. It stutters even if I have just Firefox opened video
