I am unable to get printing to work correctly using Firefox with Epson POS TM-T20 thermal printers we have a work.

We're currently running Firefox on Debian 12. I've tried both the ESR version that comes with the Debian repository and the latest Firefox as a flatpak.

When printing to the receipt printer, the only thing that is printed is the left-hand most part of the logo and a little part of the text and this occurs towards the right-hand side of the paper. I've changing all of the settings, resetting the settings for the print in about:config, but nothing seems to work.

I'd love to get this working so that staff could use Firefox. I'm attaching an image of what the print job looks like and a screenshot of what the print-preview shows.

When I goto to YT Homepage it will play all the sounds of the downloaded video's when I hover with the mouse.

But I want to hear the sound of that video AFTER I selected that Video or clicked on the title.

I don't want to be able to scroll the page by selecting text. That's what the scroll wheel is for. More often than not this 'feature' just results in frustration as scrolling the page selects more text. Can I just disable this altogether somehow?

I have not had access to my email since the April 18 Thunderbird update, receiving this error message: "After changing password on an IMAP account, the account could become locked due to too many failed login attempts" How do I fix it? I got this error message and don't know what to do with it. All the other subs under gmail (sent, all mail, etc) are fine. No current inbound gmail displays under "inbox," though it does in "all mail." While checking by using gmail app, everything seems fine. How can I reopen or repopulate my inbox? Thanks.

I am unable to reach Facebook on both Firefox and Waterfox.

Other browsers (Opera, Edge, Chrome) are able to access Facebook.

I can access other Meta-owned sites (Messenger.com, Instagram, Threads) on Firefox and Waterfox.

This issue exists on both my desktop (Windows 10) and laptop (Windows 11).

This issue does not apply to Firefox for iOS or the Facebook app.

All apps and OS's mentioned are up to date.

This has been going on for over a week now.

I was looking for an item that would be a couple of years back in my history, only to discover that my history now only goes back a year and 3 months… Exactly, as of today, I don't know if that's meaningful. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened, and how I can restore the rest of my history? Thank you!

Why some Wikipedia pages cannot activate reading mode under Debian 12 and Firefox ESR 115.9.1, for example this English Wikipedia page on Emmabuntüs does not allow reading mode to be activated while French, Spanish and German pages can ?

Is there a utility to test pages compatible with reading mode?

Or otherwise in which Firefox log file to see if a page is compatible or not?

I keep getting the red padlock but when I tap on it it says my connection is secure and when I tap on that it shows that I’m connected to HTTPS. What’s causing this? Is my connection exposed? When i shutdown and reopen the app the red padlock goes away but I'm confused as it says 'connection is secure' either way.

Hi ! I´m using firefox 125.1(40778) on ios 17.4. Recently I faced a problem with the password manager of Firefox, as it doesn`t automatically fill in username and password on a site I visit on a regular basis. But when you click on the username the keyboard pops up and there I found the option to use the password manager of firefox. After re-authentification (fingerprint on my mobile) it opens the password manager and suggests the appropriate password. Clicking on it and you are in.

So the password manager still works although in a more complicated way because once you´re in the house you don´t need the door key anymore.

I have been struggling with slowness in Thunderbird in recent months (Windows 11, mid-range Lenovo laptop). There is often a distinct lag during even the smallest operations.

Examples are: selecting an email, closing a tab, typing, calendar events editing.

TB process in Windows usually uses 1000MB RAM. RAM is around 60-70% usage usually. I never have the same slowness issues with other applications.

I tried quite a bit: safe mode testing, removing extensions, compacting folders and more tips. I ended up removing Thunderbird and my profile entirely, and reinstalled the latest version with an empty profile. I just set up my Gmail and other email account. No extensions installed, yet still the same issue.

Could it be that something is still there from a previous install, if I removed my profile?

I've been using Thunderbird in Linux and Windows for years with moderate issues that I was able to resolve, but am now really puzzled. Please help.

I added the Save to Pocket (mini) extension to Firefox 125.0.2 today. When I look at the collection of articles I've saved to Pocket (I've been using Pocket for years) in the browser, I only see 8 articles. But when I open Pocket on my iPhone and iPad, the list of articles I've saved is much more longer (an estimate would be between 50 and 75 articles saved to Pocket). I haven't found any articles in Mozilla support to help me solve this. Thanks

My Thunderbird v. 115.10.1 (32-bit) Been using TB forever w/ GMail accounts Primary E-Mail is missing folders and has duplicate folders, one [Gmail] is inside the Inbox another is outside. Has [Sent] Doesn't appear to contain anything in either Junk and Trash folders. But, they do when I open GMail in my browser. My secondary E-Mail has no [Gmail] folder but does have Sent Mail, All Mail, Junk, Spam, Trash (empty), Trash and 3 that I created. This E-mail seems to function more completely. Is there a "repair install" a file to edit or something else to get me back to 100% operational? Can send folder properties if helpful. Image attached.

Today, most of messages have suddenly disappeared from my TB inbox, leaving only the most recent 105 out of approx. 18,000. I have not performed any operations (compacting, archiving...) that could have caused this.

I immediately invoked the 'Repair Folder' command, which did not resolve the problem. Further investigation revealed that the 'Inbox' file ('Profiles' folder) actually contains only 105 messages - seems like the 'Repair Folder' truncated the file!

Fortunately, all the messages are still on the server. My question: Is there a method to 'force' reloading of the missing messages?

I want to customize shortcuts in Thunderbird using tbkeys but I can't find the right command name.

In the description is written: "Most command names can be found in the main command set file of the Thunderbird source code."

But where I can found all/ more/ other command names?

In my case I want to change:
