I'm receiving this message The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem.

Bing homepage is no longer showing 'Toggle Feed Area Position'; basically the very bottom of the screen. I am not able to adjust the display area, in case it is just hidden below. How to fix?

Ever since upgrading to Windows 11, my Firefox installation has occasionally been unable to resolve domain names of some websites. Example domains:

• apps.powerapps.com
• static.cdninstagram.com
• google.com

As I was trying to debug this, I discovered that the DNS resolution and connection timings are just over 30 seconds (see the attached image). This is highly unusual.

• The issue does not occur with other web browsers on my computer (i.e., Microsoft Edge).
• The issue has persisted across reboots.
• I have already reinstalled Firefox (and wiped the temp files and appdata profile before installing again).
• The issue does not occur with other devices on my home network.
• DNS over HTTPS has been manually disabled.
• Changing DNS resolvers in my Windows settings does not fix the issue.
• The issue is still present with a fresh, unmodified installation of Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I love Firefox and do not want to switch to a different browser.

I have the following problem and situation: I reinstalled Windows and did not write down the password for the Firefox account, and after logging in I restored the password, but it feels like my account has been re-registered, all saved tabs and passwords do not appear, but at the same time there is only one email that was used for synchronization and logging into the Firefox account. this email you can also contact through it: [email address]

My emails are being marked as spam and read before I even get a chance to open them. My Thunderbird is up to date and I removed my email account and then re-added it and still am experiencing the same issue. Is there something in my settings I can change to make this stop happening? I haven't made any changes on my end. This just started happening randomly.

I have spent the last half hour searching with Google and on Muzila help – everywhere that I can possibly think of and every combination of words and every hit I get that supposedly is the instructions on how to recover sync by entering my account recovery key NEVER leads to a page where I can enter my account recovery key.

I am trying to log onto Fidelity.com and I keep getting an access denied message. I turned off the Mozilla VPN but the error still occurs

I have no idea how to fix this or why it suddenly started happening. Fidelity tells me it's my browser.

My inbox shows sent emails by be and nothing new appears in the sent section. Also when I try to change something in account settings nothing happens and when I start Thunderbird again it goas back to the one before I changed it. So I need help with fixing the inbox itself and with the settings.

Not sure if I had an option to best describe. I have previously ordered on ebay. Tonight I was not allowed. I am sure if I use a different browser, I would be able to place the order. I previously have ordered from Herbalife. I could use foxfire and then there was a change and I could not place the order with Herbalife. I order over the phone for a time and then I decided to use a different browser and when I did the order went through as previously. Now I seem to have the same problem with ebay. Can you help me to know what I can do to be able to use all of my apps with foxfire?

I want to switch from stable version to nightly and I can't see data import for this (now there is edge, etc). Of course i can use edge as a transit point, but still...
