I can no longer play any podcast since upgrade to 125.0.3 The arrow/button to play any podcast is neutral, is not active. Or, on spotify if finding a podcast on gardening, clicking the play button plays something on a completely different topic.

When I try to open and email link, it immediately starts to download Firefox Installer. It is already downloaded and up-to-date. This has been going on now for almost a year. Please help me.

I am running Windows 10 (64-bit) Version 22H2 OS build 19045.4355 with the Firefox browser v125.0.3 and since updating to the latest Firefox version I am no longer able to load more than 17 Tradingview tabs and the Tradingview tabs I do upload take a long to to refresh or to save changes too. I do not have this issue using other browsers.

My Yahoo IMAP account in Thunderbird no longer has any email showing in the Sent folder. There's plenty of mail in Yahoo Sent mail in the browser, but it's not finding its way into Thunderbird. I tried the Repair option, but I just get a typical message that I often see for Yahoo:

"The current operation on 'Inbox' did not succeed. The mail server for account Yahoo responded: [SERVERBUG] UID FETCH Server error - Please try again later."

The Yahoo account shows Sent mail in my iPhone. The Thunderbird Sent folder was seeing messages as recently as last week, so this seems to be a new problem, and I don't know if it's something that I did wrong by mistake. Thanks for any help.

My email was converted from Cox to Yahoo by Yahoo on a system wide conversion on April 27th. In the transition I lost all the emails in my Thunderbird inbox from 4/12 back to the first of the year. I also lost everything in my draft folder.

Carbonite did a restore of the default file (that was dated 4/8) by couldn't get these back. Need to get everything that was in the inbox and draft file on 4/26 (or sometime prior) What can I do?

Quite often I find that Thunderbird is very slow to obtain a connection with my Outlook account. I can run my Outlook directly and everything is updated in about 20 seconds and at the same time it may take a couple of minutes up to a few minutes for Thunderbird to complete downloading. Additionally, many times during this lag in connecting, I receive a message that the password is incorrect, which is bogus; all I have to do is select "Retry" and the download process continues. I am using the latest version of Thunderbird "115.10.2 (64-bit)." This problem has been occurring on previous versions as well.

When I would mouse-over a thumbnail on the Youtube home page I use to get a video preview with sound and text controls displayed. Video preview and controls are now missing on homepage thumbnails. Is there a way to get preview and controls back ?

I cleared the cache and cookies...no effect. Problem does not exist with Edge browser.

Needed to look through my April history (pages looked at) in the Library. I had APRIL history up, ready to look through it. I tried to delete one page and it DELETED the whole MONTH. How do i get the APRIL history back? APRIL is gone from the list. jumps to March after the last 7 days

I went to RESTORE but this talks about BOOKMARKS It shows for today may 7, 149 items for example then it shows April 29, april 9, april 4 april 1, each with about 150 items but if I were to click on these it says will replace all BOOKMARKS,

When I click on the arrow to acquire any emails from my isp it will often say downloading 3 emails or 5 emails or some number, but only one or two come in. I have to hit the arrow again to get more. Sometimes it will say downloading some number of emails, but NOTHING comes in. I don't remember this happening until about a month ago. Can you help?

I want to keep browser open after closing last tab. I changed the boolean parameter "browser. tabs. closeWindowWithLastTab" to "false" but the browser still closes with closing of last tab.

What else is required ?

I've gone into "sort-by" and tried enabling threading. I've tried checking the unthreaded box. Group job related email still just disappears. I can't find received group email in the trash or in the junk. I can't find any evidence in Thunderbird that the group email was received. If I go to a different email tool, there it is. Thunderbird is broken. If I scroll back in time and accidentally scroll past the date of the first group email, there it is. I can't be spending all day scrolling through months to years worth of email just to find out I got a group email from someone today. This is totally unreliable way to find an urgent work email.

So this problem keeps happening to me - I click "upload" on a website and nothing happens. For example, trying to upload photos to my website or upload files to a platform. Frustrating. To work around it I've been using a separate tab of Google chrome but it's such a pain to keep swapping back and forth. Please help!!

I have had Thunderbird email account for years and now I have problems getting my emails to come through on a regular basis. I have to shut down my PC and then restart to get emails to come through. What is the problem. Thanks, James Craig Herring

When I'm sending attachments in Thunderbird some of my clients are recieving the email but not the attachments, though when they look on the phone they can see the attachment ?

What can I change in my outsettings for attachments to solve this issue

I was looking for an item that would be a couple of years back in my history, only to discover that my history now only goes back a year and 3 months… Exactly, as of today, I don't know if that's meaningful. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened, and how I can restore the rest of my history? Thank you!

My question is this: when visiting websites all Icons appear like in the screenshot: replaced by gray shapes.

Anyone familiar with this? Perhaps a solution? Would a reinstall help. Any suggestion is welcome.

I don’t understand what Firefox is doing. For example, I used to start typing the first few letters of “weather.com”, which I visit pretty much daily, and it would auto fill “weather.com”. Now it auto fills every time with http://www.weatherbase.com/. I don’t know where that came from. Similarly, I used to type the first few letters of “duckduckgo.com” and it would bring up “duckduckgo.com”. Now it brings up a magnifying glass below the url with “Search with duckduckgo”. I am thinking it might be best if I can start over, i.e. clear out any information it’s saved about where it thinks I want to go, and start remembering the sites I am entering now.

For some time now, I've been experiencing the following issues with PiP:

• The floating window opens in a random (and annoying) place and does not place itself automatically on the lower right corner as it used to (where I always move it, so it has no memory as it used to)
• It's impossible to keep the "always on top" mode on by default, and I have to do it every single time
• When I toggle windows, the PiP window is always the next one, even when it was not the one I switched from, and I have to always toggle twice for switching between two windows when I have a 3rd PiP window
• When I change language using the keyboard shortcut, it changes the language on the PiP window, and I have to use the language icon bar. Then, the PiP window becomes activated, and I have to toggle back to the window I was working on before (on which I wanted to change language). I have the "separate languages for separate windows" option activated.

It's been some months now, and all those things were working before an update but never came back...

Does anyone know if there's a way of fixing these issues? I've tried things I found online but nothing seems to work.

Hi. My hard drive crashed. I have a new pc and the old drive is readable in a drive enclosure hooked up to new PC via usb. I have done the typical search for the appdata profile file, but I am not sure what I have here. I have attached a screenshot of the old drive and a global search on "Thunderbird". I am not sure where the profile file is residing. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks.
